I would never use ciccca ford for body repairs

I had body work done about 8 months ago on my truck cost $1,100. Its all ready rusty and looks awful would never go there for body work

Hidden Blemishes and Damage

I recently purchased a 2018 Mustang GT from Ciocca Ford of Souderton PA and when I arrived to pick the vehicle up after driving 240 miles each way the car was covered in dust and dirt even though I was expected to pick the car up at that time, hiding the condition of the paint which is literally covered in micro scratches from top to bottom from severe neglect as well as a small dent on the LR quarter panel and cracks & severe scratches on the rear deck lid panel. The car had debris hardened into every crevice on the exterior body panels, the engine bay was caked with dirt and leaves (See attached photo) and the window molding on both sides of the vehicle had contaminants baked into them resulting in severe pitting in the rubber moldings which cannot be corrected other than complete replacement of them. The vehicle was not washed until after the paperwork had been signed which was obviously not a coincidence. This was absolutely intentional to hide the damage to the paint and body. The service of the vehicle is also extremely questionable as the air filter was never replaced even though it was filthy & packed with debris and the windshield wiper blades were very worn (the dealer claimed the blades were replaced but that is completely false) which makes me question what else was overlooked or hidden. I have to say that I am extremely disappointed after spending top dollar for this vehicle to have to spend so much more time and money (which will most likely exceed the cost this vehicle sold for new) to get it close to the condition that it should have been when I purchased it. The general sales manager’s reply was “well it is a used car”. There was no accountability for the terrible condition this vehicle was sold in. I would be very cautious about doing business with this dealership! Regrettably it has proven to be a very costly decision on my part. Needless to say I am very unhappy with my purchase from Ciocca Ford!

DO NOT GO HERE - THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! No matter what service you bring your car in for, they will tell you a bunch of other things are wrong with your car and give you a bill for hundreds to thousands of dollars, but it won't be true. They'll also charge you for replacement parts, but not actually replace the parts. All of their services are overpriced. Save your money and sanity and take your vehicle somewhere else. They clearly are trying to recuperate money they lost in the pandemic, so don't let them play you. If you get your car inspected here, they will say it failed and you have to pay for all these different fixes, and none of it's true. You'll take your car in for a regular oil change, and then they'll tell you that you need new brakes and rotors all the way around, that this, that, and the third are cracked and leaking and need to be replaced immediately and it will all be a lie, and if you do pay for the replacements, they'll refuse to give you the old parts. Please, take your business elsewhere or be prepared to go broke here.

Ciocca Ford

I was looking online to purchase a used vehicle. I wasn’t sure what kind of vehicle I wanted as I was just involved in an auto accident totaling my crew cab truck and was adjusting to a SUV. I looked at several different vehicles and several different dealerships. I read reviews for both vehicles and dealerships and zeroed in on Ciocca Ford for the Edge and a Toyota dealership for a 4 Runner. Both dealership representatives presented themselves in a positive business manner and both in a very up to date physical facility. That is where the things in common ended. The Toyota dealership is reasonably close to our home while Ciocca Ford is 50 miles away. Choosing Ciocca is not a convenient alternative. The sales team of Chris Miller, Heather, Tony and their presentation of the car was the difference. My initial contact at Ciocca was with Heather. She met us when we arrived at the facility and immediately introduced us to Chris Miller. Chris did not present himself as an elitist professional but his professionalism was demonstrated in his knowledge of the automobile market, the status of availability of used and new cars, the deep knowledge features and mechanics of the Ford Edge and similar competitive cars, and his balance approach of mutual respect between us, him and the business he represented. Chris asked what cars we were considering and he asked if we could look at them together. Understanding Chris’s knowledge of vehicles I thought I could only learn by listening to him and honestly thought we would hear all bad things about the other cars and only the good things for “his car.” Not so, his assessment of the vehicles were factual and objective. Based on the value of the Ciocca Ford Edge and the personality of the Ciocca dealership as demonstrated by Chris we decided on purchasing our “new” car from them. We were then introduced to the “money” guy Tony and he reenforced the personality of the dealership by adding integrity and full disclosure to the reputation. New to me

I’ve been looking for a new car for 3 long years and I’ve been taken to the cleaners by dealerships in the past. So, I’m one of those people who can easily walk away because I’ve been burnt and I know how it feels to get home and realize that I really can’t afford the car. I found this potential good deal in Ciocca Williamsport, like 3 hours away and I asked about it and discovered that they can bring it to my Ciocca Souderton. They needed to know that I was serious. Eric the manager was able to make it happen. Kayla met me outside. Charlie took my information and allowed me to drive is to my mechanic to throughly look it over. I was then confident in the cars value to make an offer to Charlie and soon we agreed on a final price. I signed the paperwork while Charlie detailed and filled up my new car. I’m so grateful for Ciocca bringing the car to Souderton. Today 2 days later I have no regret and I’m proud of my beautiful new car.

Choosing a car

I was in need of a new car and Ciocca had the best choices available as far as I was concerned. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Ford Escape and so far I can not be happier. Brittany and Tony were just just wonderful. They explained everything possible to me which is always a good thing. I look forward to my visits for normal oil changes and whatever at Ciocca of Souderton but I hope only for routine visits. Thank you Ciocca of Souderton for such great service.
