I had an urgent situation where I had to trade my car in...

I had an urgent situation where I had to trade my car in for another vehicle. I found a used in Moyer's inventory quickly that met all of my needs and more. Billy S was quick to call me and help me every step of the way. He was courteous, friendly, and professional at sevey step. He went above and beyond my expectations as a sales professional. I would highly recommend Moyer and Billy S. I am extremely pleased with my entire experience here.

Brought my car in to sell because they sent me a letter...

Brought my car in to sell because they sent me a letter in need of my type of vehicle. When I got there I showed them the quote on their letter and they offered me a third of the price. It was just to get me there. Typical dealer.

I traded my 2015 Altima for a 2021 Altima. I wasn’t sure...

I traded my 2015 Altima for a 2021 Altima. I wasn’t sure what I wanted since Altima changed their design and to get exactly what I had would have pushed me into an all-wheel drive which I do not need. I got a great deal from them, a $2500 rebate, a discounted extended warranty, 0.9% financing for 72 months, free all-weather floor mats and a garage door opener. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you to Brad the Sales Manager, Barb Stallone in Sales and John Checovich in Finance.

WOW...what happened to this dealership?...when it was...

WOW...what happened to this dealership?...when it was Eisenhauer Nissan everithing was great...as soon as Moyer took it over everything started to change...My man Terry Dinger from whom I bougt 2 new cars is gone and so in everybody else that was there in the past 5 years I keep servicing my cars here...from sales to service to the casheer everybody is new...today I took my car in for service and I looked at a new car in the showroom...nobody asked me if I need anything and I was there for at least 45 minutes...all the sales people are very young and inexperienced and all they did was look at me funny...I do not think I need to tell a car dealer how to sell cars but it would be nice if somebody asked the customers if they are interested in a new car...I will not be buying another car at this place... PS: At the last service I asked for the car to be washed too...I come back to pick up the car and is not washed...I asked why and one lady after some awkward looks said they ran out of soap...really?

I went to Moyer Nissan to look at the new 2021 Rogue, on...

I went to Moyer Nissan to look at the new 2021 Rogue, on black Friday. After being traded off between 3 salesman, I got a young guy who looked like he was just out of high school. I asked him what were the sales or discounts on the Rogue for black Friday. He said, he didn't know. Yeah, right. Red flag number one. I didn't push the issue because I didn't like in interior of the Rogue anyway. After all the time I was there, I never seen any rundown of the numbers. What they call the worksheet. Red flag number 2. Here's some advice for all dealerships, when an older man comes in to a dealer, he want's a salesperson close to his on age, not a kid right out of high school.

Very nice people

I emailed alot of dealers over a 3 month period and the only one that would play ball in my field was Sydni Jordan. I was in a battle of my life until she gave in and gave me my truck for my price.. But seriously shes one of the nicest people I met in my life and her dad is a good guy and the rest of the people who helped me . I was in and out pretty quickly.. I like this dealership even if I drove for over an hour to get there.

Not only do I love this dealership but the person to go to is Sydni Jordan she is the best, you’ll be in and out in less then an hour and a half. She knows exactly what she’s doing and will have you feeling very confident about getting whatever you want! By the BEST. Very happy, she gets a 10/10 rating with me❤️

Great Experience

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Michael Jordan and the Moyer Nissan staff. Very friendly and little haggling! Oh yeah, a great price on my vehicle.
