Stopped in at Eisenhauer Nissan to look at the new Rogues. Met Rich Long, and he was very patient in trying to help us determine the car we "really" wanted. We looked at and sat in a couple Rogues, but were not sure the size was right. Rich guided us to look at the Muranos, and then allowed us to come to our own conclusion that we needed the bigger size of the Murano. He showed us some 2016 models that were primed for a deal and in our price range. We test drove one, and we absolutely knew we found the right car. We got a good deal for our trade in, and got a great deal on our new, 2016 Murano. Rich was a professional through the entire process, and never once resorted to any typical high-pressure car sales tactics. He even came in on the morning of his day off to meet our need of when we could finalize the deal. Kathy in financing was also very knowledgeable and polite, and took significant time in answering all our questions. And of course, Heidi in customer service was the friendly face that made up a wonderful team at the dealership. Overall, we had a great experience, and we drove off feeling like we got a great deal on an amazing car. We feel a bit spoiled with the new Murano, and are glad we looked beyond our initial choice which was a Rogue. Would highly recommend Eisenhauer Nissan, and can confidently endorse Rich Long as the sales consultant (not car salesman!) you can ask for if you want a pleasant car buying experience. Drove 49 miles after an internet search. My local dealers did not have a large inventory. Very nice people and a very nice dealership. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The showroom was very clean and new. They had the largest on hand stock of Titans...a nice surprise. Karen was my first contact by phone and she was a genuine nice person and helped me which prompted the drive there. Salesman Jim Bentz was knowledgeable and we struck up a deal quickly. I came to eisenhauer Nissan for a particular pre-owned . I came across Eric who advised me the vehicle I was looking for was no longer available. I was disappointed but Eric showed other vehicles similar to what I was looking for I have a budget and didn't purchase that day but Eric said he would watch for what I was looking for. Since I. United Eric has called me 3!times with vehicles I may be interested in nKUDOS to Eric as not one other salesperson has ever done that for me.
