Will rob you blind. Traded in 2021 Bronco miles 45,228 gave me this auction price of $16,000.00. Questions both managers Tyler and Sam both gave unprofessional reasons. Sam went as far as to say "not having this conversation with you" said they put cars on the lot before service inspection. I advised the Bronco needs new tires and that was it, just passed inspection and not $6843.00 worth of repairs. Bronco is on the lot for sale stock #RP 170A Vin# 3FMCR98B64MRA71597. Maybe stay away from buying this Bronco because according to them, may need this much work to justify why they ripped me off this much money. Yes, I could have walked away but my failure for trusting them.

Just bought a brand new truck.
Just bought a brand new truck. The experience would have been a 5, but is now a 1. After negotiating the deal. I sat down to the ever loved paper work. I unfortunately had to have my to young children with me and a lot of use know can be a bit of a distraction. Not realizing they changed the price of the truck. I signed the paperwork. When I went to file it at home I caught it. Called the dealer and have not heard a word. SO PAY ATTENTION. Not the most honest people.

I purchased a 2023 Dodge Durango April 2024.
I purchased a 2023 Dodge Durango April 2024. I picked the vehicle up and it was low on oil, I asked for oil to be added and was told it was… well it was not added. I took the vehicle to get the oil changed and it was 3 quarts low. I am also missing an engine cover and was told they would order one. Then all of a sudden was told they don’t make them for the vehicle… which is a lie. I was also told I have a warranty, was given no paperwork on this warranty and the paperwork I got says “As is “ so which is it as I got no answers. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
