    An alarm appeared on the dashboard that would not turn off. The guys at Ron Lewis tracked it down in no time. It basically a bad sensor. The guys put... a new one in and all is good.

    I just purchased my second vehicle from Ron Lewis Pleasant Hills, 2015 Wrangler and a 2020 Ram 2500. I actually ordered both. This dealer focuses on the... customer, are not pushy, and have fair deals. I believe they stand out in these areas compared to the other dealers nearby. I have used their service and parts department several times and have always had good experiences. I did not trade a vehicle in for either purchase so I cannot comment regarding their dealing with trades. However, if you research your vehicles true market value, you should be able to negotiate a fair trade at any dealer.

    I was referred to Mr Kevin Cline at Ron Lewis. Mr Cline made me a great deal on my trade in, as well as a new Jeep Patriot. My overall experience with... the men and women at Ron Lewis was exceptional. If anyone is in the market for a new, or used vehicle, I recommend you contact Mr Cline at Ron Lewis. Being a veteran myself, I was also pleased to find out that many of the employees are also veterans.

    I went for an oil change, they didnt put a sticker on the window for the next one due, and didnt set my jeep to let me know when next oil change is due... and weren't offering car wash at this time they said

    Service Representatives were not very friendly. They did not make us feel as if we were welcome to have the State Inspection done there. First there since... I bought the car. Atmosphere was very different.

    Terrible third experience could care less what you want its what they want or nothing the old staff was so much better actually cared about you. These... folks dont care to get you out of a trade on a car u bought there! Werent willing to make any deal and let u leave did not care to make a sale. Made you feel like garbage very rude, awful customer service, would never go back for a fourth disappointment

    On 02/01/2020 we (my mother and I) purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger SXT from Ron Lewis Automotive Group, on the information page of the car on both Autotrader.com... and cars.com the vehicle advertised as having a backup camera. Upon purchasing we discovered that there was no back up camera installed. Not that this alone was enough to make me not purchase the vehicle but it begins to show a pattern of false and misleading business practices. While speaking with both my salesman Paul, and the finance manager Jen, we were told that the vehicle came with a three month or three thousand mile dealer warrant that covered any and all concerns or issues that may arise during the covered period. Also stated, was that the vehicle I purchased was a "Dodge Certified Used Vehicle" that prior to sale was put through a rigorous 150 point inspection and all wear and tear items were either replaced or confirmed to be in "Like New" condition. It was also mentioned that the person who leased the vehicle prior to my purchase was a sales associate at Ron Lewis Automotive and all maintenance and servicing was done on site. Given that there seemed little risk that the vehicle would have been treated roughly by the previous owner my mother and I decided to begin the sales process. While completing the sales contract and legal documentation we were briefly shown a Carfax vehicle history report and again told that the previous driver of the vehicle was a sales associate there and all maintenance was performed by their service department and she (Jen) could guarantee that if there were any issues with the car the salesman/previous driver would have had to answer to the sales manager Eric. Jen also went so far as to disclose to us that the two "incidents" listed on the Carfax report and the damage to the front of the vehicle and drivers side were paint damage and dings most likely caused by shopping carts when the salesman's wife was driving the car to the grocery store. At the time I admired the honesty and since there was no visual damage to the car I felt there was no reason to doubt her assertions. After signing all paperwork we were directed to the cashier to pay the $3,000.00 down payment and told by Jen that all paperwork would be placed into an envelope and given to us prior to departure, which was done. Skip ahead to Friday February 7, 2020 I had to return to the dealership to give them with the title to my trade in vehicle, while there I told my salesman and the sales manager that when I am driving and take my foot off of the gas pedal the vehicle jerks and quickly decelerates like the brakes are being applied. I was informed by the sales manager that this is due to the adaptive driving function and the vehicle needing to "learn my driving habits" I was also advised to continue to drive the vehicle and if the problem persists to call the service department to make an appointment as my transmission may need an "updated". Satisfied that I was still under the SUPPOSED 3 month 3,000 mile dealer warranty I left. The problem never did clear up as of this date. On Saturday February 29th I had to drive the car on the highway for the first time since I took delivery of the car while driving to McCandless, PA I came to a backup on the highway and had to brake suddenly when I did the steering column and the vehicle began to shake violently. Upon returning home I parked the car and let it sit there for the rest of the day and all day on Sunday the 1st. I called Ron Lewis on Monday and left a message. Later that day I was contacted by Paul, the salesman and explained the problem to him and was told he would have the service manager call me back. Around 5:15 pm having not heard from anyone I called and left a second message. About 10 minutes later I got a call back and was given an appointment for Thursday at 11:00 am. Around 12:00 pm I got a call from the service manager and was told that all for of my brakes were warped and would need to be replace

    Ray Kling at Ron Lewis in Pleasant Hills was amazing! He had great customer service. He talks to you like you are one of his friends. Went there to trade... in my Dodge Journey for a Jeep Compass and he made it happen. Would definitely recommend going to see him!
