I was very happy with the purchase experience.

I was very happy with the purchase experience. Would recommend this dealership to family and friends or anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the minute I walked through the door until I drove my new Outlander off the lot.

Wonderful service from start to finish!

Wonderful service from start to finish! Jim was great to work with. I was nervous and he explained every step of the way. The finance department was also wonderful and worked really hard to get me the best rate. Very fast process and I got the exact car that I was looking for! Zero pressure!!!

After my relative had her outlander in for a brake issue

After my relative had her outlander in for a brake issue and the service manager and general manager gave her the runaround about their mechanics being the best in the area and the mechanic never put one brake pad in and the caliper ruined the rotor. The Service manager and General manager both said the vehicle came in that way when both my relative and I had the wheel off before taking to the dealership. But they did charge for diagnostics and no mention of missing brake pad.. upon starting to drive home from dealership noticed a very loud metallic grinding noise that wasn’t there before. Also one brake cable was disconnected and also no mention of that either. My question is what did they diagnose. They said the problem was we didn’t use factory parts when they were purchased at their dealership before taking it to them.. Do not use this service department as they will not be transparent with you as they can’t have very experienced staff in their service department. And do not back their work.

I sent a couple questions to South Park Mitsubishi & none

I sent a couple questions to South Park Mitsubishi & none of these were addressed in their reply, which instead offered all sorts of lures, even including, "how about a lower price?". When I contacted them by phone I was told the car I inquired about a mere 3 business hours prior had "just sold" & the salesman then tried to hook me up with a number of Mitsubishis after I told him what brands & price I was looking for. He tried telling me that it's "almost impossible" to find cars that fit my criteria. (The one I contacted them about sure did.) He also demanded to know why I wasn't interested in a Mitsubishi & proceeded to argue about my interpretations of my own personal experiences with that brand. A solid 2 stars since, although he did attempt an aggressive bait & switch, he never yelled at me... My only recommendation is if you see a listing you're interested in at South Park Mitsubishi, go look & see if it's on the lot without contacting them first, unless your buying criteria are super flexible.

I was working with one of your employees named Gabriel

I was working with one of your employees named Gabriel and it was a pleasure working with him . He made me feel very comfortable while answering my questions and I ended up buying the vehicle . I really liked the young fella and he is an asset to the dealership for sure .

My daughter had a problem with her muffler.

My daughter had a problem with her muffler. She took her vehicle to a Monroe Muffler near her home She was told she would need her entire exhaust system replaced cost would be $4,000. After getting this quote., she contacted South Hills Mitsubishi and the service department told her they could perform this repair for considerably less and told her to bring the vehicle in . She did and much to her surprise, the service department said she did not need her entire exhaust replaced and while she waited they repaired her vehicle for under $270.00. I can not express my gratitude for the honesty integrity and professionalism of the dealership. My suggestion before you consider Monroe think twice or maybe 3 times before you allow them to touch your vehicle.
