The prices in the ads they have on line are different than when you get there! I asked the salesman why the price changed and he just shook his shoulders. Then he tried to sell me another used car and when I got home, the price again on line was less than he quoted. Forget this place , that is for sure!

Went here and looked at a car they have had for 280 days! 280 days people!!!! Finally negotiated a deal with the salesman Doug and it was about 20 minutes before they closed and told them we wanted to buy the car. We were then told we could not buy the car that night because Doug could not make his workers stay over 5-10 minutes past close. Not only did they lose a car sale they will get this word put out every chase I get. Keep in mind we drove 2 and a half hours to get there!!!! I’ve been around the car business for over 40 year and NEVER have turned away a customer like this!! In fact we would stay over hours past close to get a deal done!!! FAIL FAIL FAIL - Go buy a car somewhere else people! We are sure happy we did! Maybe they will have it for another 280 days!!

If something goes wrong with your new car purchase or lease, good luck. That's all I got to say. I will never ever go back.

Went for a used car and I was talking to one salesman, and when he went to get information, another one came over trying to undercut him. I left.

I have never enjoyed buying a car prior to shopping at Star Lake Ford. The price on the Mustang I was looking at was already listed on True Car as a great deal, priced almost $3,000.00 below current market average. Of course, everything was contingent on the price they would offer for my trade in. They offered $1,300 more than I had hoped for! I bought the car, the salesman, Ken, did a great job showing me all the awesome features on my 2016 Ford Mustang. I really believe I got an excellent deal, I would highly recommend this dealership!

Larry the salesman was great! went to get a price on the the car asked if he would take a lower price for the car and the gm went ballistic insulted my wife and I.and left no room to talk about the price .if he would have acted like a professional I would of probably bought the car for his asking price.shoppers beware I wish this experience on no one.
