I leased a car on June 12th and two weeks later I brought

I leased a car on June 12th and two weeks later I brought my mother to lease a new vehicle and was told about if you bring someone in to purchase you would receive one hundred dollars. never received it. i called just to see what the time table was to receive it and got no response. I made a car payment on my trade in vehicle early as I always do and lost 500 dollars I could have used to lower my payments about 10 to 12 dollars a month. Called kia finance and they were useless.how would that make you feel! I will not shop there again.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. I’m a new guy to the car buying industry. I had a wonderful sales consultant while I was there. Brody was tremendous very helpful and respectful. However my experience soon went down hill very quick when the finance officer had come over. She was rude and treated me like I was someone who didn’t know anything, she lied to me multiple times through out the entire process as well. I spoke to my credit union who I got squared away through and she was throwing different rates and numbers after I said I have a different rate that is approved. Christy is a HORRIBLE finance person to work with at this dealership. Will not be going back there or to any other Jim Shorkey dealership and will definitely not be sending any of my friends or family to a Shorkey dealer either. Absolutely ridiculous how the experience was handled and how she lied to me. She had told me over the phone that my rates wouldn’t be changed and she couldn’t change them because they were locked in with the credit union and on top of that she stated more than once that it was against the law for her to change my rates. I got a text this morning from them and it was all different rates and numbers. I understand a car dealership is a business, but a little respect and honesty goes a long way. Again I HIGHLY HIGHLY don’t recommend going to this dealership, she will scam you and treat you like you are dumb.

BUYERS BEWARE!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! We bought a brand new 2024 Kia Telluride. It has been swaying and unsafe since the day we bought it. We have taken it again and again to be looked at. They tell us that this is how the "vehicles electronics lane detection works". The jerking and swaying is so bad we can currently not even get the car inspected. When anyone drives it they can see how unsafe the vehicle is. We have called again and they tell us we can bring it in but there are no current recalls on the vehicle. Any time we take it in to be looked at "no loaners are available" and not to mention is it and hour from our house. When we talk to anyone it is like we are bothering them and they are not sure what to tell us. We are two working parents with 4 children and 2 young kids. This is supposed to be our safe family vehicle and no one can help us even though every time they drive it they acknowledge the jerking of the steering wheel. It is so unsafe we cannot get it inspected. We are two hardworking parents that now are left to navigate how to deal with buying a BRAND NEW lemon vehicle with no help from the dealer in which we gave our hard earned money.

If you care about honesty, decency, or basic human

If you care about honesty, decency, or basic human dignity, RUN — don’t walk — as far away from Jim Shorkey Kia in North Huntingdon as you can. This place is nothing short of a predatory den that preys on the vulnerable, the elderly, and anyone not savvy enough to spot a scam before it’s too late. Two eighty-year-old senior citizens — yes, EIGHTY — walked into this dealership with the innocent intention of purchasing a modest vehicle, after seeing a reasonable advertised price. What followed was an exercise in corporate thievery so blatant, so shameless, it would make a payday loan shark blush. They raised the advertised price by FORTY PERCENT. That’s right — the car these seniors came to see went from an affordable option to a padded, bloated insult. Why? Because these criminals in business attire saw easy marks — two elderly people on a fixed income who just wanted reliable transportation. But it gets worse. In a jaw-dropping display of either callous stupidity or cold-blooded manipulation, a salesperson actually asked these octogenarians if they were active duty military, hoping to squeeze out some discount scam or rebate under the guise of "helping" — as if any 80-year-old has just gotten back from basic training. The entire experience was condescending, exploitative, and borderline abusive. These folks were talked down to, lied to, and manipulated by people who apparently believe the golden years are just a prime time to strike. There was zero respect, zero compassion, and zero integrity in how they were treated. The team at Jim Shorkey Kia North Huntingdon should be ashamed. But shame requires a conscience — something clearly absent in this operation. If you value your money, your dignity, or the people in your life who might not be savvy to the underhanded practices of this crooked dealership, stay far, far away.

She has so far lived up to her bio info that stated, "My main goal in my career is to serve my customers with their every need prior to and after the sale!" Andrea worked diligently with us to ensure we purchased the correct SUV for our needs. She thoroughly knows the ins and out of the SUV we selected and for the questions she did not know regarding warranty, she went and found the answers for us. We appreciated her going above and beyond when she understood our crazy family schedule and met us at our home with the car to make sure our children fit safely in the car. She worked with us and the detailers at Jim Shorkey to have the car immaculate at pick-up. She met with her manager, Pete, to help us have a more positive experience regarding a trade-in. Andrea went over the technology on the car with me and stated if I had any further questions, I could reach out to her in the future. I truly appreciate the efforts made by them to get me the perfect vehicle for the best price possible. Andrea is awesome and truly a knowledgeable salesperson to deal with. No pressure! She listens to the wants and needs and keeps that in mind when showing the options on the table. 🚨🚨🚨🚨BUYER BEWARE🚨🚨🚨🚨 I bought a certified pre-owned 2024 Kia Telluride SX X-Line with only 711 miles on it. It had a good deal to it. The test drive went fine. I bought it on 3/21/2024. The first day was great. HOWEVER... on 3/22/2024, I'm getting 5 errors that keep flashing on the screen, they are: 1. Check lane change assist 2. Check blind spot safety system 3. Check forward safety system 4. Check parking collision avoidance assist system 5. Check lane safety system It took over a month to get it fixed. I had it for about a month and a half, and now it's doing the very same thing! It got towed back to the dealership on 6/17/2024. The shop texted me on 7/10/2024 saying that it's fixed and I can pick it up. I drove out there(which is an hour away from my house). They proceed to tell me that during the drive test, now it's failing for something else and they have to have another specialist come out and look at it. So not only did I waste a 2hr round trip, I lost 2hrs of work time. This is absolutely horrible. This is legit the WORST buying experience I've ever had in my entire life. I'm a single father with two kids, and I'm terrified to drive this car far distances. Even after I get it back. Whenever that will be.
