I truly appreciate the efforts made by them to get me the perfect vehicle for the best price possible. Andrea is awesome and truly a knowledgeable salesperson to deal with. No pressure! She listens to the wants and needs and keeps that in mind when showing the options on the table. They go above and beyond to get the customer what they want and do whatever it takes for the customer’s total satisfaction.

🚨🚨🚨🚨BUYER BEWARE🚨🚨🚨🚨 I bought a certified pre-owned 2024 Kia Telluride SX X-Line with only 711 miles on it. It had a good deal to it. The test drive went fine. I bought it on 3/21/2024. The first day was great. HOWEVER... on 3/22/2024, I'm getting 5 errors that keep flashing on the screen, they are: 1. Check lane change assist 2. Check blind spot safety system 3. Check forward safety system 4. Check parking collision avoidance assist system 5. Check lane safety system It took over a month to get it fixed. I had it for about a month and a half, and now it's doing the very same thing! It got towed back to the dealership on 6/17/2024. The shop texted me on 7/10/2024 saying that it's fixed and I can pick it up. I drove out there(which is an hour away from my house). They proceed to tell me that during the drive test, now it's failing for something else and they have to have another specialist come out and look at it. So not only did I waste a 2hr round trip, I lost 2hrs of work time. This is absolutely horrible. This is legit the WORST buying experience I've ever had in my entire life. I'm a single father with two kids, and I'm terrified to drive this car far distances. Even after I get it back. Whenever that will be.

I was so lucky to get a wonderful salesman (Tim Kiebler) who knew the vehicle I selected (through NO pressure from him) in and out. He took the time to ask what I was looking for, he showed me various vehicles, but if it was out of my price range - we moved on - NO PRESSURE) He was so friendly and accomodating - I couldn't believe I got so lucky! A friend recommended me to see Tim - well worth the trip ! I love my KIA SELTOS 4X !!!!!!!!!!!!

The salesman, Philip Gerber, went out of his way to aid in the purchase. He brought the vehicle to my home so that I could see it. He drove me to the DMV so that I could have my photo ID updated. And he drove me back to the dealership to complete the purchase so far I am very happy with this dealership.

Very nice people when you are buying a vehicle.
Very nice people when you are buying a vehicle. They Really push you for a perfect review with kia at the end of the sales process, which should have been a red flag. I transferred my plate from my sportage to my EV6, and found out that my registration was up two months later. No notice from PA DMV, so I reached out to kia finance - no help whatsoever. Called the dealership to see if finance manager could get me the title number so I could renew online. Left several messages, and never heard back. Emailed sales manager to see if he could help - no response. Luckily there are numerous kia dealers in the area for my next purchase.

Horrible service department
The worst customer service I’ve experienced from any business in 62 years. Gave me my car back, charged $900 and it hadn’t been fixed. Then inspected my car and put the stickers in my cup holder instead of on the window. I will never have them service my vehicle again let alone buy another vehicle.

2021 Bought My Kia Sorento Ex from shorkey and recently had problems with a defective Transmission. No fault of the dealership. My Service Rep Matt greeted me and had my vehicle evaluated and it was determined it was a defective Tranny. And vehicle would need a remanufactured transmission. My service Rep Matt and the management made sure I had a loaner and repaired and replace the transmission They made a stressful time easier and I had no worries that everything would be taken Care of . The Service Rep and the management are the best. And go out of there way to satisfy there customer. they are the Best.

The service department was absolutely amazing.
Service department was wonderful and helpful. Inspection was completed and my car was cleaned. They even walked me to my car 🚗. I will definitely use them again.
