Savage 61 Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

This was my first purchase from a dealership and I’m glad I picked Savage 61. All around friendly staff but I had the pleasure of being assisted by Luis. He was clearly spoken and informed me of all information I needed and answered every question I had with no hesitation. His helpfulness made my first experience at a dealership very enjoyable and it couldn’t have gone any smoother! Brandon in the finance department punched all of the numbers and gave me the exact payment amounts I was hoping for! Couldn’t have had a better team to help me out!

Dropped my wife's 24 Wrangler 4xe off for a recall. It failed the battery tests. Was told they will order a battery and let me know when it is fixed. I asked how long and they said could be 3 or 4 weeks. They did offer me a loaner. Called next day to let them know we decided to trade in the Jeep elsewhere. They refused to give my Jeep back and said it had to stay there till they fix it. I called Jeep Corp and they told me that the recall is voluntary and they have no right to keep the Jeep. Went in to get it and took the loaner back. Was told I told you on the phone you cant have it till its fixed. After telling them I already talk to Jeep and other dealership they finally gave me my car back! NEVER AGAIN!
