Very Disappointing experience. I purchased a Certified used 2024 Jeep Wrangler from Monroeville Dodge, Jeep. When i got vehicle home and had the chance to spend time with it, i realized how poorly the car had been taken care of from the completely trashed underside, heavily scratched paint, broken small parts in the interior, extensively dirty, one key, no manuals except quick start guide, no tool kit, worn and damaged door panels. The vehicle was not what i expected being a certified vehicle. My wife had just been in an accident and totalled her car so i was despirate to find a replacement and yes, i did make the purchase. I just would have expected that a reputable dealership would never call a car in this poor condition a certified vehicle. I trusted them too much. When i called the very next morning and spoke with Chad the sales manager, he basically stated that there was nothing he could do, he was sorry but it was just business. Huh, just business? No morals, no ethics, no care whatsoever for the client. After stating he spoke with General Manager, they again said they could not do anything. However, after stating that, he offered to buy my vehicle back once i had the title at the same price i paid. (minus the dealer fees and taxes which exceeded 4K. ) Funny how he could buy it back later at the same price but would not allow me to bring it back before any paperwork was even processed. The fact is, i bought the car but it is also very true that they called this vehicle a certifed and inspected car but they didnt even clean the car let alone thourouly check the car over. I just feel like this was an inethical way to sell a low quality vehicle. Just be aware. No relationship whatsoever once sale was made. Not trustworthy, I cannot and do not recommend Monroeville Dodge, Jeep.

New Ram
Bought a new Ram. I spoke to Ryan initially and set up a time to see the particular vehicle I wanted to look at. When I got there Ryan was helping another customer so Nick without hesitation took his place and helped me through the buying process. Both individuals were very helpful and seen that I was able to get into the vehicle that I wanted.

bad dealer
worst place no customer loyalty the first time I bought a 2015 ram was good so when I bought my second ram worst mistake ever never fixed problems I had finally after I spent a ton of money to get it fixed at a private mechanic shop I finally had to trade in for a better vehicle due to health because needed a reliable car to make it back and forth to doctor appointments but lost about 3000 other truck wich could have went towards medical treatment and the dealer ship did not even care I never went back for more service be cause they are incompetent I don't know if I will ever buy ram again once they have your money its basically a big fat screw you maybe if they took care of the loss I had they would have got a better review but thats to late because I got rid of the truck
