Went in on Jan 7th to get my first scheduled maintenance( oil change) I had an appt. And it still took an hour and a half. I had to go to the counter and... ask for my car back. When I received it I was told my brake pads were bad and I needed new tires. I've drove less than 1500 miles. And everything is bad? I asked they man , since ive only had my car since September. Why would y'all not put new tires and pads on my car before it was sold to me. Thats not cool. Its not up front and standing behind the customer like y'all claim. I guess he thought I was a joke, as he laughed and said they are the original tires what did I think. I thought as I'm paying my life savings for a car with 29××× miles the tires and brake pads would last longer than 3 months. I emailed the address on the generated email and called and left messages, only to get a call from the new GM as she informed me the person on the email is retired( Bland Mitchell). Ok, then why do the email has his name on it ? Told her the issue. She said she wanted to get her info together and call me back. But of course 3 weeks later no call. Basically they screwed me. Didnt check the pads and tires before it was sold to me. I don't have $30××× to give away and start fixing stuff with a 3 month old car. I'm sorry to say that some female drivers care about more than the color. I actually want my car to hold up. Stand behind your raggedy product. Your name is on it. And I will start telling people when they admire my car, where I got it and don't go there. Because as soon as they get your money all promises go out the window.and what kind of general manager or supervisor don't call back a customer that recently purchased something from your company and they are having a issue or concern? Word of mouth is amazing so I would call and fix this issue if I was your company.

Too long to get appt ! No shuttle service !!! Not enough parking !!! Said it would take an hour, took 3 !!!! Did a good job fixing recalls.
