We had excellent service provided by Brian Toal in the

We had excellent service provided by Brian Toal in the sales the department. We were able buy our lease out and we came back a week later and he helped our son by his first car. Brian and the management team at Quality Chevrolet are always a pleasure to work with.

Rather than working out a price for the car, they asked

Rather than working out a price for the car, they asked for another dealers bid, to beat it. Never even checked if they had one in stock. Lazy!

I visited the dealership to pick up a part for my Chevy

I visited the dealership to pick up a part for my Chevy Traverse and was assisted by the service advisor Michael Ksepka. I have dealt with Michael in the past on several occasions when I have had my vehicle serviced at the location, he has always been professional, polite, and informative regarding any questions I might have had. He is an asset to the dealership at Quality Chevrolet in Old Bridge New Jersey.

Michael K.

Michael K. is an excellent service specialist. He was pleasant, courteous, and patient answering all of my questions and concerns. He did not rush me into a decision and offered numerous options to ensure I made an educated decision. He also went out of his way to ensure I got the best deal possible on my service.

This was my 4th visit to this dealership where I have

This was my 4th visit to this dealership where I have leased twice and purchased twice over the years. Both Brian Toal and Nancy Fleury were extremely helpful and patient. As before, they assisted me through the process explaining and showing me features of the vehicle of my interest without pressure. My last pruchase was a 2018 Equinox. This time it was for the 2025 Equinox. Both great vehicles. I look forward to seeing them often in the years to come.

this purchase at quality chevrolet was the most pleasant and easiest that I've ever had thanks to my sales rep Beth Embrugia. she and the staff there took excellent care of me.

Brian Toal has been my salesman for the last ten years.

Brian Toal has been my salesman for the last ten years. I'm very impressed with his honesty and helpfulness always there when you need him. The dealership as a whole everyone is friendly and will go out of their way to assist any customer that walks through the door. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. Always a pleasant experience when purchasing my next vehicle.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT !

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ! My vehicle was a 2015 Chevy Tahoe with 67k miles. The check engine light came on, I brought my truck to Quality Chevrolet, after being charged $6,500 in repairs my truck continued to have issues and went back 7 TIMES IN SIX MONTHS. Quality would have my truck for weeks at a time, This was my only vehicle and No loaner cars were ever available. They were never able to fix the problem with my truck. Every time I got my truck back it had another problem from lifters to misfires to a huge oil leak (which ruined my driveway). My truck was even returned with rubber gloves left in my engine. There was also greasy fingerprints on my ceiling by my sunroof and it was now pulling hard to the right. The service manager Mike was rude, unhelpful and never available, nor did he return calls on the status of my vehicle. I even complained to GM corporate due to their poor quality of work and service. Unfortunately I had to get rid of my Chevy Tahoe because they were never able to fix the problem and after 7 times in and out of their service department I have lost faith in my vehicle and in Chevrolet.
