Josh and salesman Russell went above and beyond to help me understand some issues I had with my new car. They spent a lot of time helping me. They helped me sort out Sirius which probably went beyond their job. Greatly appreciated their time and help.

Update: Mechanic said I'm lucky the one tire didn't

Update: Mechanic said I'm lucky the one tire didn't explode while I was driving. Alignment from dealership was the worst he'd seen. Filed a complaint with the OAG due to lack of response. Update: Extremely disappointing. I've had the car for under a month and I'm already having to get new tires. I questioned the quality of the tires at the inspection at the dealership and they passed the vehicle anyways. Disappointed and will not return.

I am very delighted with the recent lease of a 2023

I am very delighted with the recent lease of a 2023 Corsair. Interfacing with the individuals involved with the leasing was a pleasure. Ms. Winnie Gates exhibited a high degree of professionalism and knowledge of the Corsair's capabilities. It was a pleasure to be involved with her and I appreciate Biondi Motor Company for their professionalism and care for their customers.

Disliked Manager, Service and Environment

This place is a horrible place to buy a car the manager is just terrible rude and unprofessional I advise people to stay far away from that dumpster fire

Horrible Service -Biondi Lincoln Service Dept

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee on June 12. The stop/Start function did not register to a full charge . I was told by Winne ( Salesperson) that because the Jeep had been sitting on the lot since April , it would naturally charge up after driving it for a day. That did not happen. I spoke to her and she told me that she would speak to the Service department and have them call me to bring it in. Because I did not receive a call from her or the Service department, I called and spoke to Danny on 6/14 to schedule the appointment for Thursday (6/15) at 11:30am. While driving the jeep , I noticed when I drove at 45 mph , the steering wheel would shake. When I arrived on 6/15, I told the service person about this new situation and we both went out on the road and he confirmed that this was because the rotors and brakes were bad. He then scheduled for me to come back in on Friday (6/16) . When I arrived , I was told it would take about an hour for these repairs. I sat for two hours , went to the desk and eventually was told by Lorenzo that they needed to ? call around ? to find the part for the start/stop function and I would need to bring my car in on Monday (6/19) . I asked about a loaner because of the major inconvenience that I?m going thru and he tells me ? He talked to the Sales department and they don?t have one for me? . And yet I overheard a woman on Thursday mention that she was returning her loaner. I am extremely upset and angry that I?ve been receiving this horrible service from not just the Sales department but especially the Service Department. I was sold a vehicle that was not repaired but just washed and gased up .I?ve never experienced this type of horrible treatment from a car dealership. I have not driven this jeep for fear of it breaking down or the brakes failing. I will definitely not recommend this dealer to anyone because of this disgraceful experience. This has been a true nightmare.

I really wanted a 2020 Nautilus but it smelled from smoking. I was told that they?ll get it out. Well you can?t but the I guess the effort was there.
