Very smooth buying.

I’ve recently bought a 2023 Yukon from star. I made a appt with Colleen to see the car. When I got there I was greeted by her and then she introduced me to Kyle. He walked me right up to the car a had the appt on. Keys were even in his hand so I didn’t have to wait. I took it for a drive and fell in love with it. He knew the Yukon in and out. Then when it came to financing the car Justin in finance made it very easy. He gave me a couple options to make sure I was covered if I wanted. Out of every car I’ve ever bought (I’m almost 50) I’ve never been so relaxed start to finish with my purchase. I’ve even been back to ask questions on things I’ve forgot and never had to wait to get an answer. You can definitely tell this dealership is family owned . Way to go team. Thanks Star of Quakertown

Great experience

Great buying experience with Eric & the team at Star. I love my new GMC Canyon. They treated me with respect, no pressure and followed up after the sale to make sure I was and am happy.

Best car purchase ever!

The dealership was clean and the staff was polite and very knowledgeable about the Canyon I was looking for. I have bought several cars from Star over the years. I can't say enough about the store and my experiences there.

Won't go anywhere else.

I bought a new truck. They even let me factory order. Star really took care of me in the whole process. Kept me informed about the status of when my truck would get there.

Unprofessional and Unethical

We went to this dealership to look at a brand new Yukon XL. When we arrived we were told that Yukon wasn’t there because the owner had been using it as her own personal vehicle. When we asked why, the salesman stated that the owner always takes brand new large SUVs off the lot for her own personal use because that’s what she likes. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for the owner to bring the vehicle to the dealership. When we finally got to look at the vehicle, it was filthy on the outside, had the owner’s personal belonging all over the inside, there was makeup ground into the interior around the drivers seat, and there were 1,250 miles on the odometer. They insisted that vehicle was still new even though it had loaner mileage on it and wear and tear from the owner. They really wouldn’t work with us on the price and their last offer was $500 below full MSRP. This was the most unprofessional and unethical dealership I have ever dealt with.

Dave, we apologize that the vehicle was not fully detailed. If you had a scheduled appointment on this particular vehicle we would have made sure it was fully detailed and ready for you to see. Our owner lives 15 minutes from the dealership and got here as soon as possible to try to accommodate you and your wife. We are sorry that it did not meet your expectations.

I recently bought GMC diesel track from this dealership.

I recently bought GMC diesel track from this dealership. Also I bought extended warranty on this truck, so it should be worry free. Right? No. A week ago it was quite cold (around 12F) so I got pesky and very well know for GMC/Shevy Duramax Diesel "Service Emission Required". But I was covered by extended insurance? Right? Guess what, they detected that wires were chewed by squirrels or mices (how convenient for them) and it is not covered by insurance. Right, truck was outside at 12F and mices went there to chew particular connector out. Do those mouses work for thid dealership? And they want to charge over $400 for one connector replacement. This is not freaking worry free what they claimed when selling it. And then when I said no cancel it, they are trying to charge for "inspection" for over $160 - "Technician had to plug a computer and read a error code and find that wire". I am going to cancel that extended warranty and will repair this truck on local shop I trust. And without warranty I bet it will cost me less.
