I feel like the customer service when checking in is
I feel like the customer service when checking in is really lacking. It always seems like they are being put out to check you in and it takes too long when you have already called to schedule for a specific thing. I watched a lady behind me literally get ignored for about five minutes. I think they could take a page from Chick-fil-A and greet people when they come in. Let the person know you see them and will be getting to them shortly. The guy appeared to be doing nothing while she continued to stand there. It was very rude and I hope she does an honest survey. The men do not acknowledge customers until they invite them to check I . Why not say hello when the customer walks in and give them an idea of how long it will be until they will be checked in? Then make the checkin shorter since most people need to get to work. And if the worker thinks your car isn’t new enough or fancy enough they should never give on to their opinion. My car might not be brand new but it is important to me. And why does the checkin guy think so highly of himself? We are all people who deserve respect and honor not to be looked down at or talked down to. I wish there was another Cadillac dealer local so I didn’t have to service my car here.

Hard to trust them after they show you a cabin filter
Hard to trust them after they show you a cabin filter that's dirty, claiming you need a new one, and when you get home, you take it out, and it's not the one they showed you. Also seemed to take a long time for just an oil change since we had an appointment.
