Exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Gordon was most helpful & willing to accommodate us both over the phone & in person. We traveled over 200 miles from our home & couldn't be happier with our purchase & experience. They were very willing to negotiate with us & made us feel very comfortable while doing so. Everyone on staff was very helpful, friendly & truly thankful for our business. Thank you all for everything, we will be back!

Hometown Feeling
My husband and I cannot stop talking to others about the AMAZING service we received at Big-John's in Minden this last week. We arrived at the dealership a little after 1 p.m. on a Friday and a kind older gentleman named Gordon approached us as we were looking at a Ford Edge- asked us a couple questions and handed over the keys for us to test drive it. After cruising around and talking we returned to the dealership to find out more about the vehicle. Gordon was FULL of knowledge. We sat in his office and he talked with us about this life, family, and his years of service in the car selling business. He never once pressured us to get the "ball rolling" but made us comfortable. We felt as though we had known this man for years and he just reminded you of home. When we decided that this is the vehicle we wanted, Gordon set out to get us the best deal possible without us having to ask. They made a very generous trade on our previous car and had the price where we were ready to sign! Kellen the financial guy had known that we were planning on financing through our personal bank, but just wanted to make sure we got the best interest rate out there. While waiting to hear back on the numbers we met the manager, other sales associates, and even seen Big John himself from a distance. They made sure we had beverages, made dining suggestions, and were comfortable. Within no time we were back in the office signing the papers . From start to finish it was less than 3 hours and we were going to drive home in a new vehicle...without the feeling of being pressured or like we have been taken advantage of. EVERYONE at Big John's is definitely there for the right reasons. They now have some new loyal customers! THANK YOU TO ALL AT BIG JOHN'S for the amazing customer service!!
