Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Won’t honor warranty. Manager himself will hang up the phone on you. Will yell in your face. Will make you pay unknown fees. Won’t provide any evidence as to why warranty wouldn’t be covered. All they will do is blame someone else for your problems… there is a reason Nissan is going bankrupt!

Visited this Dealership to look at and purchase new
Visited this Dealership to look at and purchase new vehicle. (Our first experience was great with the Sales team) The Service Dept and Customer Service is very important. During visit we witnessed a Service employee treating a Customer terribly. Glad it happened, made the decision easy to walk away. If they would treat another Customer this way, they won't hesitate to do it to you also. I had witnessed this particular individual during several other service visits being unprofessional but not to this degree. You can do better, this is not a professional look.

DO NOT BUT FROM THEM! They sell cars that they know will break down! My son bought a car here and broke down 5 days later on the side of the road. It turns out he needs a timing belt. When calling to talk to them about it, they give you the run around and are rude. Every single person is rude from the manager to the service desk. They do not stand behind their cars!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to be stranded on the side of the road and lose all of your hard earned money to a car that won’t even run!! If I could give zero stars I would!!

Straightforward approach to selling vehicles and it is highly appreciated. I'm not sure when auto dealers became 'villains' looking to loot your bank account, but I don't feel like Parkway operates in that way. If you want a new vehicle (doesn't have to be a Nissan) get in touch with Mark Smith and see what he can do for you. Looking forward to meeting the service department when my truck is due in for maintenance. Thanks All.

Ben Robinson's easygoing, humble attitude was exactly what I needed when looking at and test-driving the truck. He was NEVER pushy and only helpful. During price negotiations, Ben Robinson was very fair and transparent, and I appreciate that! Lastly, Mark Smith got involved at the end by offering to buy my old truck, and he was extremely fair. Also, Mark Smith has been super helpful going forward with matters like tracking down items that I left in my old truck and so forth. Hats off to Parkway Nissan! They might be far from my home, but I will go back because of their integrity and excellent service.

Communicated Promptly and Exceeded Expectations
Found a 2014 Maxima last Saturday on Cars.com, emailed dealer. Return email Saturday night, set up Monday call.. had all my questions answered, wired money Monday, flew to Akron from South Carolina today and picked up an absolute gem and drove home 500 miles.. Thank you Kelsey (inside sales), Jim Copeland Sales. Tank was full, oil changed and immaculate inside and out (including engine compartment). Definitely will provide Jim an opportunity when I'm ready to buy my next car. Highly recommend this dealership.
