Recall resolution

The only issue I had was the follow up that was promised to correct the recall issue for my 2011 f-150 never occurred. When I called to schedule an appointment it was promptly scheduled and expertly performed. The sales and service staff have consistently performed to or above my expectations. Special thanks to Breyon for enabling me to attend another appointment also scheduled for the same day; by his prompt and efficient service.

Great Service !!!

Kelly, Brian, and team did a great job with my Mustang. I was very impressed with how short a time it took to do a oil change, inspection, and a recall. Will use them in the future.

My recent general maintenance visit was great.

My last minute scheduling allotted me an appointment in 2 days, as I requested. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Overall the service is great.

Good service

A good repair service , my fourth time to the service department and each one was fair in its pricing and am very satisfied with the service, went over board and made some recall repairs that where well pass the recall date.

2013 Edge inspection

Car Seat Repair

Brought my Ford Flex in to have my middle seat repaired, it would not fold over, right before a big vacation car trip. The project turned out to be bigger than we all thought, but the staff went into overdrive to get the project completed in time. So wonderful! Thank you.

Big shout out to Mike McClemens; Service Depart.

I've been fortunate enough to work with a very well rounded team here at Shults Ford from the moment I stepped onto the lot. I purchased a 2013 F-150 last September and shortly after experience a few malfunctions. I took the truck in for service and was fortunate enough to meet Mike. From the moment I explained what was going on he told me that he would take care of it. Mike has gone above and beyond for me not one, but 4 times now. If there is a way that he can help you with any issues on your vehicle he will exhaust every option available and then some. Personally would like to thank Mike for everything he has been able to do for me! Mike, as always thank you again!

Great service
