All kinds of issues with the vehicle we bought, I would look elsewhere to buy! Wasn't aware all the problems we were about to inherit.

Pay attention to who you deal with.

Seen there 17 high country silverado listed ,I checked out description, included was carfax detailed whete truck had been In 2 accidents however vehicles tend to lose value after the 1st one, made a offer and was very clear if your not interested in my offer or can't get close don't waste my time or yours with any sales pitch call just move on and scratch me from your list. I get 2 calls telling me they just don't have the room,or my numbers are unreasonable, thought I was very close and for a cash deal I was on the mark,I get told they use a program to price vehicles 200 miles away but the didn't factor the negative marks or forgot to factor in the 2 accidents, this is why nobody want to deal with dealers all liars and will cheat you 1st given opportunity Buyer beware. Do your homework, found same truck no accident, clean carfax with 6.2 not 5.3 for 4k less then what there listed. And 5star dealer and willing to deliver to kokomo ind no extra cost.Im not gullible I know the jacked it up and all the fees are covering the cost.but just goes to show the they lied about program on price, they will steal your money if you let them. This is not my 1st time dealing with this place ,bought a custom bike few yrs back never made it home. Made them bring my cash back and pick it up never heard a grown man cry like a little girl so much in my life.if you sell a good dependable vehicle there wouldn't be negative reviews. I won't call or even look this way again

The day they delivered my vehicle the automatic running

The day they delivered my vehicle the automatic running board on the drivers side wasn't working. Even though I had a 30 Day bumper to bumper warranty plus paid their premium warranty package, was not under warranty.. Put used tires that just made state requirement for tread depth on the vehicle after replacing badly worn ones. When I purchased it said they would put new tires on it before I purchased it, 7 pin trailer plug wasn't working. I drove the vehicle back over to them and said it was OK. When I got home I hooked it up to the trailer and it still wasn't working. Hooked my trailer up to my Ford F250 and the lights worked great. I called them and I was told to go to a Cadillac dealership to find out what was wrong. I suggest don't buy any used vehicle from them.

Buyer Beware

If you're considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, I would reconsider. I bought a 2016 Acura TLX with 102k miles. Seeing how quickly my trade in was posted and sold, and I found all kinds of personal belongings of the previous owners in the Acura, I made an appointment with my mechanic to look the car over. I told him about a vibration I felt when it got over 30mph. Turns out it had a torque converter shudder. I called the dealership to discuss this issue and they immediately got defensive. Asked who my mechanic was, and said that I didn't notice the shudder in my test drive. I told them it was definitely there, I just assumed different car different drive. The day I dropped my Acura off the guy named John in service was beyond rude. Asked if my ride was coming to pick me up. I said I was told I would be getting a loaner car while my car was in the shop. He went over and got a key off the wall, didn't even know what loaner car it was until he hit the panic button and sent me on my way. They called me the next day and confirmed it needed a new torque converter and said the part would be there in a few days. A week went by and I hadn't heard from them so I called. They said the part just got there that day and it would be a day or 2 and my car would be done. A few days later no word from them so I called again. They said the guy that was working on my car was in school and they were trying to find somebody to work on my car. Another week went by so I called yet again and asked to talk to Joel. He said the torque converter was replaced and that they were waiting on a radiator to come. I asked what was wrong with the radiator, he told me it got damaged during the torque converter replacement. It would of been nice to know what was going on but I was never told this happened. A week later I called and it still wasn't done. At this point I was about to call a tow truck to go get my car and take it to my mechanic and just pay him to finish it because this dealer is pretty much a joke, but I decided not to jump the gun and let them fix their screw up. I spoke to Joel again and voiced my opinion about everything that was going on and that they're just giving me the run around. A month later I was finally able to go pick my car up. They gave me the keys and told me it was outside in such and such row. So I walked all around trying to find my car, no where to be found. So once again I go in and John is rude yet again. Takes the keys from me and walks outside hitting the panic button. Nothing. It was on the other side of the building in a different lot. I just shook my head and took my keys. Finally got into my car and started it up, my gas light was on. I NEVER let my vehicles get that low and I know I had more then a half a tank of gas because I was coming to/from Lima. At this point I was over it and just drove to the gas station and went on my way. Later that day I was driving and the shudder was still there!! Had my mechanic look into it and he said it's definitely still there and said if the torque converter was replaced and it still has the shudder then the transmission needs replaced. I called Acura Columbus and am taking it there to have them look at it and do whatever needs done. I absolutely refuse to even talk to this dealership again. Very unprofessional. Zero communication on their end, and when I called them they were always rude. So if you decide to purchase a vehicle from them at least make sure you buy the extended warranty. It will come in handy! This place is a joke!

Bill Cook, was very helpful in everything he did to help me purchase my Challenger. Even came in on a Holiday for me to sign and drive my new car away.

Not pleased. Won’t be returning.

Won’t budge on price, but will lower it two days later online. Financing is crazy, wanting to charge 1-2% higher than everywhere else and then claim to be looking at the best rates. Can’t give you rates without dinging your credit score. Added to our “never again” list. Salesman was not pleasant to talk to. Instead of listening to concerns was condescending and dismissive. Huge waste of time.

Worst buying experience ever. Service and parts have one...

Worst buying experience ever. Service and parts have one person willing to help and one person that will ignore you completely. 3 times I was supposed to recieve a call back about my vehicle that I just bought being g ready for me to pick up and no one called. Repairs were sub par, scratched leather seat, poor door adjustment, and dealer takes no responsibility for any of it. Customer service is horrible and make sure you get all keys for your vehicle, it will cost you after you sign.
