Excellent WOW

On Wednesday 9/7/22 my engine light came on in my Ford Explorer. I call Glenn Bush Ford hoping to speak with someone. Dan answered the phone and calmly listened to my fears. I had to have my car towed and I don’t have an appointment and I need to have it towed there. He informed me where to have the tow truck driver park it and to drop the keys in the night box. Also said service arrives early and I could try to give them a call. I booked a tow for Thursday 9/8/22 and called the service department and explained that I done have an appointment. Rachael answered the phone and directed me accordingly. She said they would try to get to me in between appointments. 3-1/2 hours later she called me on the phone with the informatio/costs of repairs and that it would be completed Friday 9/9/22. I am new to the area and Glenn Bush Ford will be my garage/dealership of choice moving forward. I appreciate everyone at this dealership. My car is running like new. Thank you

How do you know?

Went for a 39 dollar service included was an oil change, tire rotated, fluids topped off, and brakes checked. They did not rotate my tires at all and how I know they didnt is because my rear brakes are drum and front are disk the rear wheels have no brake dust on them what so ever and my front ones do and plus I had to get a newer tire on the front because it blew and it is still on the front so how do I know if they even change the oil big garages are so shady.

Brenden, We did not rotate the tires because the tires on the front were better than the rear. This would defeat the purpose of a tire rotation. We told the person that you sent in to pick up your car that we did not rotate them and we explained why. We did not falsely represent rotating your tires. Bush Ford is a keeper

The people at Bush put us at ease and didn't pressure us to make a decision. They were all very polite. We got some other prices at other dealers in the area and the salespeople there were rude, and I can't believe they even let some of the managers talk to customers - they were that pushy and obnoxious. i won't say where, but you can figure it out if you live in the area. Back to Bush! We compared the prices we got, and Bush had the best deal anyway. Lower price, nice people to deal with, a win win for us! A dealership like this still exists! If I seem happy, it's because I love my new 150 and I really appreciate how they treated me! Dave

It don't get any better than this!!!

I purchased my vehicle in August 2010 after mine was totalled when someone rear ended me. The sales department was great. They explained everything and took the time to show me all the new features that my old clunker never had. I would have been lost without that help. I have had the vehicle back to the dealership many times for a few small warranty issues and for routine servicing. What a great service department. They are all very nice and they all seem to enjoy what they do. You can tell just in talking to them that they all enjoy their jobs, which tells me it must be a great place to work as well. I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE to buy and service!

Dirty Fingerprints!

I bought a new Ford F150 from this dealer. Their prices are fair, the sales service is OK but the service department and mechanics are sloppy and do not take pride in what they do. I took the truck in for a bed liner and they left dirty fingerprints all through my brand new truck. I was upset and told them about it. One year later, I took the truck back to them for an issue with the speakers. When I picked it up, there were three greasy fingerprints on my upholstery! I called the service manager and general manager and left messages that I was not very happy. I take very good care of my vehicles and I expected them to do the same. I will never take my vehicle to them for another repair and will certainly not buy another vehicle from them.

I am very sorry that you had such a poor experience with our dealership. I am the general manager, and I was not contacted by you, and I talked to my service department and they have no record of your complaint. We would certainly like to help any customer that has an issue, but we need to be given a chance to help correct an issue. We make every effort to keep our service customer's vehicles as clean going out as they were coming in. We do make a mistake from time to time, and would certainly clean the vehicle up and apologize if it was brought to our attention at any time we left oil and or dirt in a customer's car or truck. If you would like us to clean up any mess left by our technician, and give your truck a bath, I would appreciate you contacting me at the provided information.
