While both visits involved a check engine light, each visit revealed different fault codes and underlying concerns, which required separate diagnostic processes. Diagnostics are not simply a “scan and clear” service; they involve systematic testing, analysis, and verification to accurately identify the cause of each issue. Especially with older vehicles, it is not uncommon for multiple, unrelated faults to occur over time. Our diagnostic fee reflects more than just the time spent on your vehicle during that visit. It supports the training, certification, tools, and resources required to ensure our technicians can accurately diagnose and repair vehicles to a professional standard. Had problems with heater in 2021 canyon, it took five

Had problems with heater in 2021 canyon, it took five trips to repair shop to get it fixed. They tried but don't think they had any experience working on the heater/ ac on this model.
