Watch out for bait and switch

I recently tried to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership. I utilized their online buying process, but stopped prior to finalizing to ask questions. Then I am told price is wrong, it's really 4k more than what's listed..... but I'm willing to give benefit of the doubt at this point.....I move forward cause I realize mistakes can happen. Then we get down to looking to finance and I'm told that the offers that were listed were incorrect too and I can't receive the combination of rebates and financing that was offered online even though my credit exceeds 800 . They didn't try to make it right at all, just said sorry......essentially tough luck, take it out leave it. So I left it. I would strongly recommend against doing business with this dealership due to the shady business practices they seem to employ. Only good thing I have to say is sales staff was Pleasant and wanted to make the sale, but management is preventing that from happening. Maybe the sales staff will wise up and go to some other dealership when they can't make any sales due to bait and switch practices.


Amazing service and great care of my car

The service i went in for was for an oil change and a tire rotation and they were able to get that done in a very timely manner and I was able to relax in there customer lounge


Over promise. Under deliver.

My salesman was great, the finance guy was great. However, the sales manager and the General manager, well not so much. Excuse after excuse why the car wasn't ready, only to be told the best they can do for me is 4 free oil changes. Probably wouldn't go back because of this, and won't reccomend them to anyone.


Customer service still alive & well in Hastings!

I bought an old truck from Great Plains and they went out of their way to make me feel like I was buying a $65K pickup! The price was good and the service was great, kind of "old school" where a handshake actually means something. I talked to Tony on the phone many times and he sent me pics and things were better than described, how often does that happen! If they treat you this good with an old truck I can't imagine how good it would be with a new one! I will be back. THANKS!
