Avoid if you value your time. Un

TLDR…. Lies of omission on a used vehicle, poor service, wasted my time. 0/5 stars Started the online buying process for a 2015 Jeep wrangler unlimited. Just asked for an honest assessment of its condition. Was told everything was good to go and it is in very good shape.” Asked for more detailed pictures. Multiple quarter sized dents near the hood, carpet was removed tires are barely road legal. But it was “inspected by their techs” Agreed to a fair price for the condition. Went and got the check cut, arranged delivery. About an hour later “ it has hail damage” It’s minor I can deal. About an hour later. “ stereo is broken” Asked if they would fix the stereo OR put new tires. “We can’t because of the” discount “” The lies of omission. The poor inspection by their “techs” And overall horrible service they provided. Wish I could give 0 rating for wasting my time. Wouldn’t recommend

Watch out for bait and switch

I recently tried to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership. I utilized their online buying process, but stopped prior to finalizing to ask questions. Then I am told price is wrong, it's really 4k more than what's listed..... but I'm willing to give benefit of the doubt at this point.....I move forward cause I realize mistakes can happen. Then we get down to looking to finance and I'm told that the offers that were listed were incorrect too and I can't receive the combination of rebates and financing that was offered online even though my credit exceeds 800 . They didn't try to make it right at all, just said sorry......essentially tough luck, take it out leave it. So I left it. I would strongly recommend against doing business with this dealership due to the shady business practices they seem to employ. Only good thing I have to say is sales staff was Pleasant and wanted to make the sale, but management is preventing that from happening. Maybe the sales staff will wise up and go to some other dealership when they can't make any sales due to bait and switch practices.

Amazing service and great care of my car

The service i went in for was for an oil change and a tire rotation and they were able to get that done in a very timely manner and I was able to relax in there customer lounge

Over promise. Under deliver.

My salesman was great, the finance guy was great. However, the sales manager and the General manager, well not so much. Excuse after excuse why the car wasn't ready, only to be told the best they can do for me is 4 free oil changes. Probably wouldn't go back because of this, and won't reccomend them to anyone.
