Took Leaf in due to suspension problems after running

Took Leaf in due to suspension problems after running over a cub. They only changed the tire hub and the problem still persists. These people can't fix the car no more than than the Butler, NJ Nissan could. I can't find anyone to fix this problem.

Disgrace

What an absolute disgrace of a service. We went to the dealer to return our lease and to hopefully, get a new lease. However, from the get go, no one seemed to be interested in making a deal. No numbers were shown, no efforts to motivate the customer or even trying to meet us in the middle with some compromising. Since we went to the dealer with the expectation of getting a trade-in and weren't able to, we came home to discuss the situation and decided it would be best to just keep the car we had. We then went back to the dealership an hour later and requested to buy out the lease and were told it was too late and that an email had already been sent to us confirming the lease return - which we did not receive, and proceeded to laugh at us. Fortunately enough, there are plenty of other dealerships who are willing to work with their customers for the best of both interests. Glad it didn't work out because it would've been a hassle to work with such rude, unwilling and disrespectful people.

Very dissatisfied with this dealer. They have practices...

Very dissatisfied with this dealer. They have practices like bait and switch, not telling you the truth directly to bring you in. I emailed them via Nissan USA for a specific car, they called me sand told me specifically that they have the car in stock. When I told them not to make bait and switch to bring me in, they said "No , we're not like other dealers". After I drove there for 40 minutes, they said "oops we don't have the car". I feel like I was lied outright to my face. Because of businesses like this car dealerships have a bad reputation. I will also file a complaint with Nissan USA Consumer Affairs Team. I suggest you don't go to any dealer unless you get a written document emailed with the VIN number and deal terms. I don't believe it was all the employee's fault, he was courteous but he responded to me as if this is industry practice, not him but his bosses should be reprimanded. They wasted my two hours and I hope that after I contact Nissan Corporate the managers will hear from them too.

Hiding behind disclosures

There was a 2019 Rogue listed for less than $5000. When I inquired about the car, I was immediately told that it was the advertiser's error for the incorrect price. It was not until I called and got the executive manager involved that their was even talk of a compromise or any willingness to work with me on the vehicle. My sales person was Thomas who walked away and had one of the manager's come talk to me. Completely unprofessional. Clearly, this dealership will hide behind disclosures, instead of providing even mediocre customer service. If you want honesty and good customer service, DO NOT patronize this establishment.

Dealer response

Hi Michele; By all means, the listed price of $5000 for a 2019 Rogue SL is a honest mistake by the advertising source. They missed a digit(2) in the front, supposed to be $25000 and not $5000. We did try to work with you, but you insist to purchase it for $5000. Please don't blame Thomas, he's a professional salesperson who has to inform his manager of the error. We're all human and mistake does happen; Even an AI will make error. Please do accept our apology. Team Management

Absolutely Horrible Experience

After years of our family purchasing cars from Bridgewater Nissan, we are going elsewhere. They used to be fair and helpful, but now they are rude, disrespectful, and preposterous with the offers they will entertain. Cars purchased from them are bought back for pennies on the dollar leaving you with a huge gap to pay on top of the new car you're getting ripped off on. Vinny and Erik are particularly rude and could not make the process any more stressful. We went elsewhere and learned how absolutely wonderful and helpful dealerships can be. We were offered twice as much for our used vehicle as Bridgewater Nissan was offering,. No wonder we heard them talking about how badly they're doing.

Dealer response

Mr.Unsatisfied, When you own the car for over 5 years with over 100k miles, please be reasonable and expect a depreciation value. We appraised your car base on the condition (which is below average with damages) according to KBB.com market value. We even step-up above KBB value to earn your business. But you wanted a EXCELLENT CONDITON RETAIL value for the trade, which is unacceptable. If you're unsatisfied, we welcome you to discuss. You don't have to use social media to descredit us. When you're unreasonable. Team Management

Wonderful Dealership Easy to Lease during the pAndemic

I found this dealership very accommodating during the Pandemic. I was leasing a Lincoln but no Lincoln dealers would call me back to discuss releasing. Bridgewater Nissan called back right away gave me a very competitive quote and even returned my Lincoln for me and brought to my door my new Murano. Couldn't have asked for better service!
