I have never been more disappointed in my 70 years then
I have never been more disappointed in my 70 years then after I purchased a used car from Bell Mitsubishi. I am not sure whether it is their incompetence or dishonesty that upsets me more. I would love to be able to rewind this deal because of the headaches and stress it has caused to me, my son and our whole family. I have written this review a few months back and believe it or not, we still do not have the car we purchased, It is now closing in on 17 weeks and we have made 4 payments on a car we have not even seen in that time. My son and I purchased his first car, a pre-owned vehicle on January 29, 2025. On February 3 we had to have the car serviced because of a faulty speedometer. They had to order the part and that it would be read in 2 weeks. We figured no big deal, and they could install the new speedometer when we went up to get our plates and registration. We do live over an hour away, so it is not around the corner. On the way home on the 3rd the check engine light came on and we returned on February 10th and that was the last time we have seen the car. We were told the part had to be ordered and then they had to bring it to a different dealership to be repaired. The car was there until someone called me on March 11th to tell me the car needs a new engine, and it will be 6 to 8 weeks. It was 30 days that they had his car without any repairs being done, with excuse after excuse. For the first 10 or so days there were no courtesy cars available and between inconveniencing family and paying rideshare fees it was crazy. We did eventually get a loaner but that is a small part of the story. So, I call them every week from March 11 until about May 15th. Nobody knows anything about the car and when the engine is coming in blah, blah,blah. I finally get a person to help me at Hyundai corporate to investigate and she says the car has been fixed around May 30, but the Bell dealership does not pick it up until 3 day later when they tell me they have nobody to go get it. Finally, they pick it up from the Hyundai dealership who was fixing it and call to tell me the check engine light is on. They tell me they are trying to bring it back to the Hyundai dealer instead of making that a priority. If you want to feel like nobody give a crap, then use Bell Mitsubishi. I am sure my car will be with the Hyundai dealer at least another 4 to 6 weeks which will make it a total of 20 to 21 weeks. This is not a scathing as it should be because they have my car. I would really like to rewind the contract because The saga continues despite the comments from the owner at the bottom of my review. In fact, after agreeing to change vehicles and get me into something that would not be in the shop for15/16 weeks, nobody has reached out to let me know what the steps are to exchange vehicles. I have not been told how much money I can spend on a car etc. What vehicles are available at the price of the first car. Will the new one have more mileage etc Instead, someone told the BBB that they tried two times to take care of the unwinding of the first deal. I hate to say that it is an outright lie. The Service Manager says it is now in the hands of the Sales Team and after contacted three different members of the sales team at the dealership and the last one a Sales Manager, nobody knew anything about the situation. I have been told someone would get back to me at least 6 times and it never happened. I know Alex the owner has responded that this is an anomaly but I bet that is a question I would love to have verified So once again someone who knows nothing about the situation is going to research with the service department and get back to me Monday. It just continues to be a whole lot of passing the buck and "Let me check", Nobody is doing the right thing, or taking responsibility for anything. The reason I gave 1 star is because they would not post it with 0 stars. If the owner is really interested to get to the bottom of this, give me a call-732-910-1148

First. I don’t write reviews but in this case I felt it was essential because I never have received better service from a Sales Associate. From the day I looked at the car he understood how important it was to me. I purchased an AMG S63 Mercedes Benz with a very rare spec. I have looked for this exact car for 10 years. The car is beautiful but I insisted on the Mercedes dealer inspecting the car. He didn’t have any issue and we arranged an inspection to go to Ray Catena. He and I brought the car together for inspection and he was present and waited for the car to be finished. The car got an almost perfect report from Mercedes. There was a very small issue and he worked to resolve that issue for me so the car was perfect. After replacing the seal on the oil filter Mercedes said the car was “perfect”. Jared finalized the deal with me to my satisfaction with the terms. Absolute top shelf service from Jared working for me to get the car of my dreams. But…there is more. Jared thought there was a second key but the day I was taking delivery they only had one key for the car? Jared said that he was sure there was a second key. He was relentless in the pursuit of the second key. But it was no where to be found. If you know these cars a key FOB is a big deal. Especially a factory Mercedes FOB. A replacement could cost $700 or more. Jared continued to investigate and uncovered that the previous owner still had the key FOB. He promised me he would get me the second key. I reluctantly agreed to take the car without the key at his word. For 3 days he tried to get the key but had difficulty arranging it. Jared then did the unthinkable. He drove after work 60 miles to get the second key FOB from the previous owner. He then drove another 45 minutes to deliver me the key. He tested it to make sure it worked and all was well. Jared is a man of his word. I can’t recall in my life receiving such personal service, excellent communication and an overall excellent experience. Grade A+. Jared won’t rush you, he will not pressure you and will fight for you if he has to. You’ll have a great experience with him. I guarantee it. Thank you Jared. I appreciate everything you did for me. I have my dream car thanks to you.
