Friesens is the best!
They were fantastic. Tony and tyler were patient kind and really showed they cared about us and our unique situation. They helped us get a fantastic trade in for a more affordible truck. They were angels. Thank you so much you guys we will definately come back!!!!! We highly recommend you to others. Very kind and honest people!!

Awesome
Great experience especially during this pandemic. Brought the car to us to test drive. We were not sure about buying it yet and they still made sure to get any repairs done quickly so that it would be ready for when/if we did buy it. They were really friendly and nice about our high energy 2 year old wanting to run around and look at all the new cars.

Bad experience
Before I purchase a vehicle from them I told the lady could I finance it. When I sign the papers for the vehicle I had to ask her again about finance it instead she making me pay for the vehicle all cash instead. I never ever doing business with this dealer ever again.

We recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado from Allen Hoyt with Friesen Chevrolet in Sutton, NE. Allen made the entire process very simple. He had the paperwork ready to go and was very organized. We got a nice, clean truck and a fair amount for our trade. We would definitely recommend Friesen to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Misrepresentation of vehicle
I just finished driving over six hours to get to Friesen Chevrolet in Sutton Neb. and back home I drove that distance because Allen Hoyt a salesman for the dealership told me about a honda ridgeline that they have had on their lot for over 250 days. He claimed the truck was in great shape with a new motor. When we arrived to test drive the truck, at first glance we could tell why they haven't sold it. It was very dirty. The engine compartment had not even been cleaned. The truck had not been detailed at all. The driver door didn't close properly and there were several issues with controls on the truck like having a different key for the doors and ignition. The lights on several controls like the heated seats didn't even light up. The biggest complaint I have is that the motor had knock in it. You would think that if they had this truck for that long they would have at least tried to present it well. They didn't. Allen even said when I asked about the engine noise,"all honda's sound that way". I am very disappointed that I waisted my time and gas on a dealership that simply lied to me to make a sale. Allen is the reason so many people have such a negative view of car salesmen. Jimdog
