Customer Service Non-existent

Wright Hyundai does not care about customer service. Last year I had to make an appointment to get my 7000 mile oil change. Took me a month and half to get in. Now they won't even schedule an appointment. And person on the phone argued with me that that it has always been first come first serve. I have to now come and wait. So my time isn't valuable as a healthcare provider and depending on the day was told I could have to wait 3 to 5 hours to get it changed. That is just ridiculous. I will never use them for service again or purchase another car with them.

dont waste your time with this dealership

This has to be the WORST dealership I have ever delt with in my life!!! I would give them negative 10 stars if I could!! I purchased a vehicle almost 3 months ago and it is still not licensed or titled, I have tried numerous times to get this taken care of but all I get is the run around! I have tried to call the general manager several times but it seems every time I call he isn't there! Now the state is goin to suspend my driver's license for failure to keep insurance on my vehicle, the one I traded in back in October because they have no record whatsoever of my new vehicle! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy they are absolutely horrible

Terrible Experience

After purchasibg a 2021 Sonata, my daughter was involved in a terrible accident and totaled the vehicle. Having purchased an extended warranty, I inquired about a pro-rated refund through Lenny Donner in finance. Mr. Donner was dishonest and evasive and incorrectly directed me to hyundai when he was certainly aware that the dealership issues the refund. After 2 months of frustrated dealings with the dealership I was sent a refund check that was 75.00 short of the amount hyundai confirmed. I brought to the attention of Mr. Donner via email last week and have received no reponse. In my opinion, this is the most dishonest business i have ever dealt with. I really wanted to buy another hyundai to replace the wrecked vehicle, but bought a toyota instead. I also bought another toyota to replace another vehicle. The best i can say about this dealer is buyer beware.

Lost leased vehicle

I leased a 2020 Tucson in April of 2020. Then comes last month I hear from Hyundai Finance contacts me and states, that they were reposing my Hyundai and have written my loans as "charge-off". I contacted Hyundai Finance to see what they were speaking about. They told me that I never turned in my lease and I was being charged $14,000 plus fees for failure to make payments. I told them that I turned it in when I leased the Tucson. They told me to contact my dealership. It took me 3 calls before they were talk to me. I spook to the business manager,the finance manager and the sales manager. They all said that they would take care of it. I have tried to purchase a new mortgage and they have told me NO because of the charge-off on my credit report. so I contacted Wright again but no response. I have had to take next steps before legal actions against Wright Automotive and Hyundai Finance.

Horrible communication

Well was supposed to look at a car on a Monday after work had an appointment at 6pm. I show up and the car was sold sat I even got a friendly reminder of my appointment at 6 at noon that day thanks for wasting about 2 hours of my time and my mechanic will never buy from them

Not impressed

Attempted to obtain an out the door cash price on a used vehicle. This should be an easy and straightforward process. I wasn’t looking to engage in a negotiation just yet, I just wanted to know the starting point. The dealership is a bit of a drive so I needed this information prior to visiting the dealership. Also considering the Pandemic and multiple dealers offering online buying I felt that asking for a price upfront was not out of line. I encountered nothing but a runaround. No one would give me a price. Very frustrating process so I found another dealership that was willing to provide the information I requested and I purchased the vehicle I was looking for there. If this is representative of their overall quality of service I would discourage anyone from doing business there.

We've recently added a Wright Fast Pass option on our website, that allows you to customize payments based off of what rebates you're eligible for...did you give that a go? After talking with Jeff we agreed to run my credit through 3 lenders come to find out he ran it through 7 lenders without my approval continuously cut my wife off while we were talking very rude unprofessional would not recommend to anyone over all not a good experience👎👎

Hyundai Sonata

We came in to pick up our leased vehicle and even though Randy Gredlein was not the salesman we made the contract with, he took a great deal of his time to walk us through every aspect of the lease and the features and operation of the Sonata. He also offered to show us around the maintenance and service department. Randy was friendly, polite, honest and professional. We would definitely refer friends and family to him next time they are shopping for a car.

Great Experience And Service

Purchased a 2015 Hyundai Genesis here. They were very prompt, accommodating, and great to work with. The follow-up and service has been excellent. I worked with JD Almonte and he was great, make sure to request him.
