We came in to pick up our leased vehicle and even though Randy Gredlein was not the salesman we made the contract with, he took a great deal of his time... to walk us through every aspect of the lease and the features and operation of the Sonata. He also offered to show us around the maintenance and service department. Randy was friendly, polite, honest and professional. We would definitely refer friends and family to him next time they are shopping for a car.

I saw the sonata I was interested on their website. I went to the store which is only about 15 mins away from my house. I usually don't like the car process... so I was hoping I didnt need to shop at several other dealers. The sales guy was extremly helpful and he knew so much about the car. I had lots of questions and he really knew the product well. I feel like I was well taken care of in the finance office too. The manager made me a good deal on a maintenance package and I was in and out. I've had the car now for a month and couldn't be happier. We were inquiring about a vehicle that was "brand new" with 0 miles. When we went online to do the credit app - the website was not working. Then we got... there and they pulled the car up, I took it for a test drive and never turned the radio on but realized there was in fact 7,500 miles on it. After we parked it we looked and there was A HUGE DENT on the back passenger side door that was obviously there for a long time, because of the rust. Most people would walk away but we have a baby and this car had the room we needed at the price we could afford. We finally got all the paperwork done and took our new ride home. When we got home we noticed the car was not inspected, in fact the inspection was expired for theast 7 months! I had to take the car in to get it inspected and the "30 minute wait" turned into 2 hours- then they argued with me about needing the emissions - I said it did they said it didnt - later they said it did. Then when I took it back to get the HUGE dent fixed, I noticed there were new dents in 2 separate places surrounded by paint chipping. Go figure. When I went back the second time to pick it up I noticed they only "touched up"(dropped some paint) a huge dent and didn't buff it out. Long story short the oil was never changed (with 7,000+ miles) though it was considered the demo and never used out of the dealership. We found other peoples mail in the car & a black film on the inside of the windshield. The GM, Rick something, didn't ever ask if anything was okay. He pow wowed in his office the whole time. Then when I asked him to come out he told me a rock hit my car and it was out of his hands. This was easily the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Beyond just car buying, it was the worst experience with a company I've ever had. The only reason I gave 2 stars for customer service was because our sales man was the only sensible person we dealt with and I felt bad for him being stuck in the middle.
Where do I start, I came in with no intentions in buying a new car. I was getting my oil changed when a suave looking gentleman named Mike M came walking... through the waiting lounge, I'll never forget the huge black rimmed glasses he was wearing I felt kind of bad for him. Mike came up to me and greeted me with a warm smile and a cup of coffee and told me if I had any questions on the all new Hyundai Elantra he would be happy to show me the vehicle. So I decided to have mike show me the Elantra and what a fantastic vehicle it was. I decided after the test drive Id see what the numbers looked like. The managers John and Bob worked out a great deal for me, the numbers were great and now I have a brand new 2014 elantra!!! Great service from Wright Hyundai!
Everything about Wright Hyundai was excellent. They are courteous and dealt with me in a professional manner and got me a deal. I told them exactly wanted... I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted for my car payments and they DID IT!!!!! I would tell anyone to go there!
We had no intentions to buy a new Hyundai. However, after 3 hrs of painless, pleasant dealings, we left with a new Elantra. I have nothing but praise for... our sales person Don Orr. I highly recommend Wright Hyundai to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.
