I leased a 2020 Tucson in April of 2020. Then comes last month I hear from Hyundai Finance contacts me and states, that they were reposing my Hyundai... and have written my loans as "charge-off". I contacted Hyundai Finance to see what they were speaking about. They told me that I never turned in my lease and I was being charged $14,000 plus fees for failure to make payments. I told them that I turned it in when I leased the Tucson. They told me to contact my dealership. It took me 3 calls before they were talk to me. I spook to the business manager, the finance manager and the sales manager. They all said that they would take care of it. I have tried to purchase a new mortgage and they have told me NO because of the charge-off on my credit report. so I contacted Wright again but no response. I have had to take next steps before legal actions against Wright Automotive and Hyundai Finance.
Well was supposed to look at a car on a Monday after work had an appointment at 6pm. I show up and the car was sold sat I even got a friendly reminder... of my appointment at 6 at noon that day thanks for wasting about 2 hours of my time and my mechanic will never buy from them
Josh - We're sorry that the vehicle you were interested in sold. We left a voicemail for you at around 12:30 asking for you to return our call so t...hat we could let you know. We did not hear back from you until you arrived.
We came in to pick up our leased vehicle and even though Randy Gredlein was not the salesman we made the contract with, he took a great deal of his time... to walk us through every aspect of the lease and the features and operation of the Sonata. He also offered to show us around the maintenance and service department. Randy was friendly, polite, honest and professional. We would definitely refer friends and family to him next time they are shopping for a car.
After talking with Jeff we agreed to run my credit through 3 lenders come to find out he ran it through 7 lenders without my approval continuously cut... my wife off while we were talking very rude unprofessional would not recommend to anyone over all not a good experience
Attempted to obtain an out the door cash price on a used vehicle. This should be an easy and straightforward process. I wasn’t looking to engage in a negotiation... just yet, I just wanted to know the starting point. The dealership is a bit of a drive so I needed this information prior to visiting the dealership. Also considering the Pandemic and multiple dealers offering online buying I felt that asking for a price upfront was not out of line. I encountered nothing but a runaround. No one would give me a price. Very frustrating process so I found another dealership that was willing to provide the information I requested and I purchased the vehicle I was looking for there. If this is representative of their overall quality of service I would discourage anyone from doing business there.
We're sorry you experienced this frustration. We've recently added a Wright Fast Pass option on our website, that allows you to customize payments ba...sed off of what rebates you're eligible for...did you give that a go? Again, we sincerely apologize that the communication from our team was frustrating for you. We will look to use this example as a way we can better.
I was met at the door by Rich Wall. Discussed my lease options and found the perfect fit. The entire experience was quite pleasant. I'll be back for... another.
Thank you for the valuable feedback. We are delighted to know that your experience met your expectations.
Purchased a 2015 Hyundai Genesis here. They were very prompt, accommodating, and great to work with. The follow-up and service has been excellent. I worked... with JD Almonte and he was great, make sure to request him.
I recently purchased a new Hyundai Sonata from this dealership. The salesman Justin was very friendly and didn't pressure me to buy. The overall experience... was very pleasant and stress free. I highly recommend going to Wright Hyundai. I love my new car and in future will continue to work with Justin and this dealership.
I saw the sonata I was interested on their website. I went to the store which is only about 15 mins away from my house. I usually don't like the car process... so I was hoping I didnt need to shop at several other dealers. The sales guy was extremly helpful and he knew so much about the car. I had lots of questions and he really knew the product well. I feel like I was well taken care of in the finance office too. The manager made me a good deal on a maintenance package and I was in and out. I've had the car now for a month and couldn't be happier. I will tell all my friends and family to buy from Wright Hyundai. Thanks guys!! -Joseph,P
We were inquiring about a vehicle that was "brand new" with 0 miles. When we went online to do the credit app - the website was not working. Then we got... there and they pulled the car up, I took it for a test drive and never turned the radio on but realized there was in fact 7,500 miles on it. After we parked it we looked and there was A HUGE DENT on the back passenger side door that was obviously there for a long time, because of the rust. Most people would walk away but we have a baby and this car had the room we needed at the price we could afford. We finally got all the paperwork done and took our new ride home. When we got home we noticed the car was not inspected, in fact the inspection was expired for theast 7 months! I had to take the car in to get it inspected and the "30 minute wait" turned into 2 hours- then they argued with me about needing the emissions - I said it did they said it didnt - later they said it did. Then when I took it back to get the HUGE dent fixed, I noticed there were new dents in 2 separate places surrounded by paint chipping. Go figure. When I went back the second time to pick it up I noticed they only "touched up"(dropped some paint) a huge dent and didn't buff it out. Long story short the oil was never changed (with 7,000+ miles) though it was considered the demo and never used out of the dealership. We found other peoples mail in the car & a black film on the inside of the windshield. The GM, Rick something, didn't ever ask if anything was okay. He pow wowed in his office the whole time. Then when I asked him to come out he told me a rock hit my car and it was out of his hands. This was easily the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Beyond just car buying, it was the worst experience with a company I've ever had. The only reason I gave 2 stars for customer service was because our sales man was the only sensible person we dealt with and I felt bad for him being stuck in the middle.
