Excellent salesmanship, manager awareness, and over all

Excellent salesmanship, manager awareness, and over all great experience. Purchased a 2023 Rubicon and the team went above expectations to get me what i needed. Alec was not only professional but overall helpful in making this a good experience, since I had to purchase a vehicle due to mine being totaled in an accident. Highly recommend this dealership and my salesman.

Great experience, if you are in the market for a vehicle

Great experience, if you are in the market for a vehicle stop by and see Alec. Very nice young man with an attentiveness to detail. This dealership takes pride in only supplying quality vehicles, we will visit again.

They are sneaky sales representatives and service

They are sneaky sales representatives and service advisors, service tells me word for word out of multiple of their mouths that if I brought my own tires in they would install them for me due to them not even being able to get my size(this was told to me multiple times within 2 months and I’ve gotten an oil change and got told the same exact thing!!! get the tires and everything I need and the ASSISTANT MANANGER wants to he completely xxxxxxx use language he shouldn’t even be using at work especially as an assistant but your hiding behind a phone acting all tuff won’t talk all that to my face🤡 but aye I guess your an assistant for a reason you don’t do your job good enough or respect your customers to be any higher let along assistant, you need to go back to training with your clueless disrespectful xxx self!!! Yall nothing but bad for business, overcharge, don’t even do your simple jobs your hired to do, and lie straight to the customers face. Go ahead and hide behind those phones like yall good at. they don’t check and run their cars through an inspection before selling you anything, and hide all the little things you wouldn’t see at a first inspection, I purchased a 2019 dodge charger R/T had a bent rim which cost me $2,000, wrong fluids were put in my car and they failed to inspect the car and make sure right fluid was in, cost me another $250, all just a run for the money in your pockets don’t really care about helping the customers. Then let’s talk about my new 2020 scat pack charger they did the same thing, didn’t check or replace fluids, left my coolant almost empty Won’t be bringing anymore of my business back nothing but lies scams and people half xxx thier jobs and get away with it. Jokes jokes jokes🤡🤡🤡🤡

I had terrible experience buying ram 1500 from this

I had terrible experience buying ram 1500 from this dealership. I came from out of state to buy 2025 Ram1500. The finance manager forcibly added extended warranty to the loan amount and when I absolutely refused, he told me to call him back next week and he will cancel the warranty and get me the refund. It’s been over two and half months, still have not received the refund. When I bought the truck, it had check engine light on and I was told that it’s due to bad battery as vehicle has been on lot for sometime. They changed the battery and assured me that everything is absolutely normal. Still engine light comes on time to time and I’m dealing with local dealership to get it fixed. When I went to local DMV to get vehicle registered, I came to know that they charged me almost $800 more in sales taxes than they should have. You cannot trust anyone in this dealership.

Beware out of state buyers.

Beware out of state buyers. I had questions after purchase. I called with no answers, I emailed and after several attempts my email came back rejected, I was blocked. I was owed $60 for funds they were supposed to pay and I was trying to collect. I tried to get in touch with my sales person and finance And neither one returned my call. I already paid too much in interest rate, that was my fault but the car had everything I wanted in a vehicle. I drove almost 3 hours to pick it up and they won’t pay what they owe me?? Then block me from email and don’t take my call?? POOR VERY POOR

I bought a new 2019 RAM truck.

I bought a new 2019 RAM truck. It took over 4 hours of 'haggling' to finally arrive at a price, but what was worse was that it took over 4 hours to PICK UP the truck at a later date. Not a pleasant experience. The ONLY service work was when the 'check engine' light came on. It cost me $180 for them to tell me what was wrong and over $1800 of parts and labor and it still wasn't fixed. They had to call the manufacturer who suggested they check they wiring. The service dept. found some corroded wires which they cleaned up and the truck was fine. I still had to pay the $1980 for parts that it doesn't appear that it needed. I will never do business with thi dealership again.
