Purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn
I had done some shopping online but still had plenty of questions. Orlando at Sam Leman in Morton was very helpful and patient with me during the buying process. I normally do not enjoy car shopping or buying but Orlando made the experience for me much better than what I have had at other dealerships.
Wouldn't accept my deposit
I tried to put down a deposit on a new car without bringing in a trade. The trade in and the head of the household were unavailable. I was told no deal could be done until the trade in was produced. I explained that I was not going to try to get my high school aged son to take pictures of his car while he was in school. No deposit accepted. Salesman walked out with me. Poor Orlando was the big loser in this deal. I hope he got an apology from his manager. Car was transferred to Bloomington where the deal was done 3 days later.
Very disappointed, should have payed attention to the red flags. Kept being pressured to purchase an extended warranty. I have had the car they spoke so well of not quite two weeks and the engine has come on !!! They had to have known something was wrong and I went from a car that was paid off to a car that I have to not only make payments on but now repairs !!!

Jim Costello with Sam Lehman Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge in Morton, Illinois provided us with outstanding sales and hospitality. We drove 1 ½ hours to look at a Dodge Journey that had been posted to the Morton dealership’s website. We were interested in the features of the Journey including the advertised website price. We sent an inquiry to the dealership prior to driving up there to which Jim promptly responded, introduced himself in the response and welcomed us to visit him at the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate of Jim’s who immediately let Jim know we were there. Jim promptly greeted us and immediately provided one of the advertised Journeys for our test drive. After driving the Journey, we were delighted with its performance. We then talked with Jim about the price. The Internet price was honored and we accepted. Jim took time to set up our telephones and describe every other feature of the Journey. He was very knowledgeable about the Journey. We highly appreciated the personal customer service that Jim gave us. We were very impressed. We would recommend Jim Costello to anyone as he excels at being a professional in every way.

Purchased my first car! A 2005 Subaru Baja!
My father and I had driven four hours from central Iowa to review a used 2005 Subaru Baja Turbo at Sam Leman. We were pleased with the customer service delivered by the dealership throughout the entire process. David Godwin was our salesman and I couldn't have hoped for a better and more professional worker.
