Inquired about a truck, test drove it, and found front

Inquired about a truck, test drove it, and found front shock blown and front passenger window needed new regulator and motor. Listed the truck as "personal use", but carfax shows it used as a corporate fleet vehicle as well accidents listed. Was told by sales manager that if I didn't buy, someone else will. This dealership will, more than likely, sell this vehicle without disclosing the aforementioned issues.

Dennis mcintire in the finance department is a piece of

Dennis mcintire in the finance department is a piece of garbage. Don’t buy anything from this place. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They lied and pressured me hard. Then they did a switch a roo with the value of my trade and tried to sneak in a 6000 dollar fee for some paint crap they also talked me into forging my co-signers name

This Sam Leman location dont care about customer needs.

This Sam Leman location dont care about customer needs. All they want is sell cars. Spent days on conversation with salesman Alec explaining that we dont need to drill holes to the front bumper for a license platye bracket. We are planning to relocate to Florida where the front plate isnt requried. Agred on the purchasing price and did setup an appoitment. Befor living to that dealer which is 2 hours away I sent a message to Alec making sure nobody put holes to the bumper and he said that somebody drilled holes and put the front bracket.. I was shocked. Its unprofessional for a dealer work this way. You guys need sell tractors, not brand new cars. This is fifth time wea re buying a brand new vehicle and previosly all dealers listened to us and weve got all vehicles without front plate brackets, until now with Sam Leman in Morton, IL. Highly dissapointed with this dealer.

I do not recommend to buy any vehicle from Sam Leman

I do not recommend to buy any vehicle from Sam Leman Morton, IL as they don’t care about customer needs. All they want is just sell their cars. Spent numerous amount of time looking at the right car for us and finally found a brand new dodge hornet, specially without front bracket plate mounted to the bumper. We are relocating to other state where the front plate isn’t required and this particular car looks nicer without the front plate. To install the front plate it requires to drill holes in the bumper. I mentioned that we want a brand new vehicle without a front plate bracket several times. We agreed at the price and setup an appointment with salesman Alec. He knew about our needs as I mentioned it to him several times. On the appointment day to make sure before our 2 hours trip I messaged him to check about our agreement and he responded back that someone drilled holes to the bumper and installed the front plate.. I was shocked. We spent so much time to talking about it and finally they did opposite. They don’t listen to their customers and don’t care about your needs. Don't spend your time with Sam Leman Morton. Go to other dealer.

Excellent salesmanship, manager awareness, and over all great experience. Purchased a 2023 Rubicon and the team went above expectations to get me what i needed. Alec was not only professional but overall helpful in making this a good experience, since I had to purchase a vehicle due to mine being totaled in an accident. Highly recommend this dealership and my salesman.

They are sneaky sales representatives and service

They are sneaky sales representatives and service advisors, service tells me word for word out of multiple of their mouths that if I brought my own tires in they would install them for me due to them not even being able to get my size(this was told to me multiple times within 2 months and I’ve gotten an oil change and got told the same exact thing!!! get the tires and everything I need and the ASSISTANT MANANGER wants to he completely xxxxxxx use language he shouldn’t even be using at work especially as an assistant but your hiding behind a phone acting all tuff won’t talk all that to my face🤡 but aye I guess your an assistant for a reason you don’t do your job good enough or respect your customers to be any higher let along assistant, you need to go back to training with your clueless disrespectful xxx self!!! Yall nothing but bad for business, overcharge, don’t even do your simple jobs your hired to do, and lie straight to the customers face. Go ahead and hide behind those phones like yall good at. they don’t check and run their cars through an inspection before selling you anything, and hide all the little things you wouldn’t see at a first inspection, I purchased a 2019 dodge charger R/T had a bent rim which cost me $2,000, wrong fluids were put in my car and they failed to inspect the car and make sure right fluid was in, cost me another $250, all just a run for the money in your pockets don’t really care about helping the customers. Then let’s talk about my new 2020 scat pack charger they did the same thing, didn’t check or replace fluids, left my coolant almost empty Won’t be bringing anymore of my business back nothing but lies scams and people half xxx thier jobs and get away with it. Jokes jokes jokes🤡🤡🤡🤡
