From our initial call to R&R we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Mike made us feel like family and was extremely helpful through the test drive and the end of handing over the keys to my new car. Mike made sure I was informed when my car arrived at the dealership and helped me through all the filing of the paperwork and my GM work discount. Mike made sure he reviewed the features on my new car and also helped me set up my on star app as well also the My Chevorlet app on my phone. The dealership was also very clean and welcoming. Kevin made the signing of the paper work a breeze and he was also very friendly and explained all papers I was signing. I will highly recommend R&R dealership and Mike Hummel to all my family and friends. Thank you to the R&R dealership.

Be prepared to deal with a nice sales person who will turn on you in an instant if you don't buy. I won't go into details but was shocked at how the demeanour changed drastically. I was actually going to take their offer even though it wasn't great as I thought about it outside but then I couldn't get past the rudeness of the sales person and left. They lost a sale over one person. They are only nice when they think you are buying. It worked out fine in the end as I bought a nicer vehicle at another dealer

I purchased a 2017 Silverado in Sept 2025 for 23900 with 64k on it and a 90 day dealer warranty not a third party. Six weeks later I had to replace front brakes . I called Ben at R&R and told him about the brakes and the trans was not shifting correctly. He said they wouldnt do anything about the brakes but would look at the trans. I live an hour away and told him i would have it looked at locally. The trans got worse and i made a service appointment before the end of the warranty period.The first available appointment was a week after the warranty expired.They charged me 165.00 to look at it and said the trans was shot and the warranty was expired and it would be 6600.00 to repair it. This was a dealer warranty and i received no paperwork other than line item on my pink slip stating there was a 90 day warranty. The sales manager John Smith was rude and arrogant as well as Robert Rinaldi the president of R&R.They were quick to take my money for the vehicle but did not want to stand behind what they sold.They didn't offer any help with the repair. I had it towed to a shop an hour away.This dealership was the worst i have ever dealt with.
