From our initial call to R&R we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Mike made us feel like family and was extremely helpful through the test drive and the end of handing over the keys to my new car. Mike made sure I was informed when my car arrived at the dealership and helped me through all the filing of the paperwork and my GM work discount. Mike made sure he reviewed the features on my new car and also helped me set up my on star app as well also the My Chevorlet app on my phone. The dealership was also very clean and welcoming. Be prepared to deal with a nice sales person who will turn on you in an instant if you don't buy. I won't go into details but was shocked at how the demeanour changed drastically. I was actually going to take their offer even though it wasn't great as I thought about it outside but then I couldn't get past the rudeness of the sales person and left. They lost a sale over one person. They are only nice when they think you are buying. It worked out fine in the end as I bought a nicer vehicle at another dealer
