Totally surprised by not trying to make a deal

I was just very surprised they didn’t even try to make a deal After ask for $1000 discount they actually came with higher price I just think that was funny

So the guy was not happy with my review, called me and was upset that I said the truth, they then go on and type a rebuttal many weeks later stating that I was lying, well I have my receipts for the service done, and no it was not what they said it was, lol. This place is a joke.

Learn to work with some integrity!! Your word should be enough. I could NEVER do business there again. Don’t trust them. I know a lot of people and I will let them know what kind of people they are to deal with. I hope the extra money the other person gave you to sell them the car was worth it because you will loose thousands in futures dal

Do not trust

Agreed to buy a car. Took my credit application then sold it to a walk in a hour after I sent all the info. Do not trust!! They don’t care if you already had a agreement. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Doreen I appreciate your position, but the fact is you are only telling part of this story. Yes you contacted us about a car. We responded in a timely and courteous manner, answered all of your questions, and offered a demonstration of features/drive (nothing unusual here, this is what we are supposed to do). The day you stopped by for a demonstration, you were asked if you are ready to purchase - you were not. Perfectly within your right to think about it, but while doing so, we had a husband and wife drive into the dealership, state they had seen the car on Sunday while browsing our inventory, took a test drive, and asked us to offer them a price quote. We did, they agreed, and they purchased the vehicle at that time. We did nothing wrong, and followed the process any business would/should given the same circumstances. I resent being referred to as dishonest. We have been operating this business for 22 years, and have MANY repeat customers over this time. I am sorry you are disappointed, that was no our intention - in fact I immediately offered you a nearly identical car (same year/make/model/color) with LESS mileage for the SAME price discussed on the original car, one which was just traded in to one of our affiliated locations. I Texted you pictures of this vehicle with a commitment to prompt, professional door-to-door service, and received no response other than you and your son attempting to smear us online. I understand being disappointed, but it is not reasonable to expect us to turn away someone willing to make an immediate purchase while you were still considering it. The timing is unfortunate but we did offer a replacement ASAP. As we both know, I have reached out to you several times with no response, but I am happy to discuss further if you wish. help with car repair

everyone was kind and helpful when our car broke down with our grandchild. they had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 1 hr. of car being towed in. we can not thank them enough for their speedy repair and our peace of mind. we really appreciated everything.

HORRIBLE WORK & ATTITUDE!

Work was done substandard, parts didn't match existing ones, not 1 person would answer any of my questions or concerns & I called 3 different times only 2 b told I'd b called back which NEVER HAPPENED! I'll NEVER waste another penny @ this place again!

R&R Auto ROCKS!

Saw the truck online. Drove 2 hours to test drive it. My salesman,Kevin, didn’t pressure me to buy it that day. Most sales people do. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made.
