Great Experience

Brad Conner was a straightforward, friendly and very helpful salesman. Tom Hamilton made the financing as easy as possible, Overall it was a great experience for me and my family, I highly recommend buying a car there.

Great experience!

Brad was a great salesman and helped me to get what I needed for a vehicle. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic about his job, and did not try to fool me with any sales gimmicks.

Looking for a car

We had awful experience with the salesman. He was very arrogant, made us feel like we were wasting his time. He told us we were rude by making the offer on the vehicle we drove. He also said we had the vehicle out too long. Definitely not a good experience, and will probably never go back as long as that salesman is there.

Sales Follow-Up - Lost Sale

Tried to contact them twice about a car I was interested in buying and they NEVER attempted to contact me. I'll find what I need somewhere else. I probably would have bought the car two weeks ago. You can't make a sales if you don't respond to your customer's interest!

I purchased a used Ford Sport Track from Mark Arbuckle Nissan and a new Rogue in 210 and another new Rogue in 2012. I get my vehicles serviced there also. In my opinion this is the best Car Dealership I have ever purchased from. The car buying experience was painless. The deals were great. The service after the sell is excellent. I have recommended this Dealer to several friends who have came back and told me how pleased they were with their buying experience.

Amazing service and awesome deal!

I recently decided to purchase a larger vehicle to accommodate the growing size of my family. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to the Arbuckle staff for making my vehicle-buying process a positive experience for the first time in my life. Shawn Reese was wonderful to work with and made me an awesome offer on both my trade and purchase. I really feel I was offered a fair deal and that I wasn't taken advantage of. Arbuckle Nissan
