I've owned 9 Mopars over the past 25 years, and this is the end of the line. This dealership has become mud since being acquired by the Chariot Automotive group. We were intentionally quoted the wrong lease buyout, and swindled of exactly $3,000. We were quoted one value, they paid off another, and then pocketed the difference. When I caught this, they claimed they would send us a check for the difference. Not surprisingly. These lying liars, lied again. I involved the president's office of the leasing company, Chrysler Capital. While they were apologetic for what happened, they couldn't help. Buyer beware.

Did what they promised!
I recently bought a Chevy Silverado Trail Boss from out of state. Paid to have it delivered. On the day it was to be delivered, I noticed the truck was still listed for sale online and the price had dropped by over $600. I brought this to the attention of my sales rep and since they were already in route with my truck and paper work, they couldn’t do anything, but after talking to management, assured me they would send me a check for the difference. Being sceptic, since I lived out of state. 5 weeks later, I reviewed that check! They honored their word, and for that I give 5stars! Also, love my Truck! Thanks Jon!

This dealership would not even look at my brand new Jeep
This dealership would not even look at my brand new Jeep Wrangler. I’ve had it for 3 days and found a broken part on the soft top. They said because I didn’t buy from them they couldn’t help me. I will drive an hour to Andy Mohr Jeep for all future service, where Michael Daniels knows how to treat customers.

Out-of-State Buyers Should Avoid this Dealership
Really nice people to work with from sales and finance staff, but I would recommend avoiding this dealership if you're an out-of-state buyer. They have to do the title work for out-of-state sales and are not good at it...little knowledge about individual states requirements (even when I told them exactly what they needed) and even less effort in following through to ensure the work was completed to allow me to register the vehicle in my home state. I've had to chase everything down, and routinely call into the dealership to keep the ball moving. The temporary tags on my vehicle are now expired, and while they have admitted to being responsible, they're not doing anything more than agree to pay for the tickets/fines I'll receive while driving around with expired tags. It has been a real disappointment, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership if you are an out-of-state buyer.

Do not buy from this dealership.
Do not buy from this dealership. They owed us a check from our deal. Our salesman (Greyson) replied with many texts saying that the check had been sent for 2 weeks. My wife finally called the dealership and they said the check and registration papers had been sent by USPS the day before that call. 3 days later the check arrived by overnight UPS and we still are waiting on the registration paperwork. So clearly that was more lies about it being sent. This dealership obviously has some major communication problems between its employees and its customers. They also have salesmen that lie to their customers and it makes us wonder what else we were lied to about or they are covering up in their deals. Very shady place and my advice is to shop elsewhere!

Not as advertised
Bought a vehicle May 2022. The buying experience itself was great; staff was attentive and responsive. During the test-drive they identified an issue with the parking brake and assured me it would be fixed before I drove the vehicle a few days later. The brake was not fixed—although I wouldn’t know that immediately. Within minutes of leaving the lot the seatbelt and airbag indicators turned on and dinged for 15 straight mins. It was 6:03pm when they turned on, so I couldn’t reach anyone due to them closing at 6pm. I left a message, emailed my salesman, and contacted a manager over the following week with zero reply. I’m left to fix these issue myself to ensure that the standard safety equipment works properly in the event of a crash. I’m stunned that these basic safety issues were not addressed by the dealership before putting me on the road. They advertised the Jeep having a soft top and floor mats. The hardtop was installed and I was assured the soft top was complete in the back of the vehicle. When I got home and unpacked the back, not only was there no hardware, but the frame pieces were broken—so no way to install the soft top without spending a few hundred dollars. No floor mats either. I contacted multiple people to inquire about this—no response as of a couple of weeks later. Very disappointed with Twin City. False advertising, either dishonest or incompetent service team, and no effort to even communicate guidance for how to address a dangerous vehicle by staff and management. I would look elsewhere to buy a used vehicle.
