Made an appointment to get my 1 year old CX90 serviced. Waited a week to bring it in. Took a day off from work to do this. Showed up at 8:30 and discussed what I needed done. I agreed to one of there service packages recommended for a car with 15 thousand miles. Was told the car would be ready that day and could pick the car up that night. Was promised a video of an inspection to be sent to my cell phone. No video arrived. Called up at 4:30PM to find nothing had been done to the car. I came and picked it up. This was my first experience with the service department.

While we work hard to ensure every appointment goes smoothly, there are rare occasions when unforeseen circumstances—such as vehicles requiring unexpected or additional work—can affect our ability to stay on schedule. Being in the car business myself for almost 20 years, I have never had a better experience than I had leasing my Mazda CX-30 from Wantagh Mazda. Joe B and Phil went above and beyond for me to be able to get my wife and I in the perfect car for us. The process was smooth, and everything was taken care of quickly so I didn’t have to wait around too long. It was a great experience, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Excellent / prompt service.
Excellent / prompt service. There's a Mazda dealer closer to my house but well worth the extra travel time as Wantagh Mazda is much better than the other shop....that shop is all bells and whistles ,but it doesn't compare to WM when it comes to actual service.

Wantagh Mazda did it again! I have been leasing from Wantagh Mazda since 2007. I have been working with the same sales staff for almost 20 years now. That is completely unheard of in car sales. I was able to spec out a CX-90 for my wife completely by phone. When the car was ready, I stopped down and signed some papers and I was out the door. Couldn't have been an easier experience! Thanks Phil and Joe! We'll be back in about 2 years when my CX-50 lease is up!
