I have had very good service and treatment over the years. I love my Cadillac purchased at Uftring in Washington, and moving forward, I will probably always have a Cadillac. After my last experience is the only reason why I said I would not recommend service there. I walk in and there was a text that came through asking me if I wanted to know how much my SRX was worth; then I was told that my tires could not be rotated because my tred was too low; and the absolute piece that made me the most irritated was the letter I received after my service from my service representative that stated I declined some of the service offered. First of all the service in reference was obviously tires, I was not offered to have placed that day, and I did not "decline" a service. I explained I had to research before moving forward. The pressure was a complete turn off! I felt it from seconds walking in to the service department, and that was also very off-putting. I felt angry walking out because of the pressure and the declination given to me to rotate my tires Also, previously, I started to look again for a newer vehicle, but their was family business that arose in my life that I have had to attend to, and Roger kept calling, even after I explained my situation. Lastly, my initial purchase experience with Frank and Chad was great! And I have always had good experiences with Mike and Nate in the service dept, and Angie when I needed a vehicle during the time of repairs. However, moving forward, honestly speaking, I am torn if I would purchase another vehicle in Washington, simply related to this last experience that I had.

We always receive good service. It's just been frustrating that we had been dealing with the check engine light being on and couldn't find a resolution. This time they were able to figure it out which I'm glad.
