Ervin is great.
Ervin is great. The dealership is great. But the Dealer Rater cars.com SUCKS. I've filled out no less than 5 surveys for the sales and service department. Both areas were great, but evidently the Dealer Rater thing isn't working. I don't mind completing A (1) survey for a department. But getting bombarded by continuous surveys is very frustrating and is a time expense which I cannot bill for or deduct. If I keep getting these requests I will block them completely.

The service invoice included "Lubricated Chassis".
The service invoice included "Lubricated Chassis". I know my vehicle has no grease fittings, so I asked the nature of "lubricated chassis". The answer: actually no chassis lubrication; it's just put on there as standard description. This appears unethical because it creates the illusion of more service than was actually accomplished.

Nick was great. Best truck buying experience Ive ever had. Nick showed a lot of patience with me (81 yr old) describing the various truck features and setting up my chevy app on my phone, Top notch salesman and just a fine fellow.
