My Q5S is my first Audi. Prior to buying it, my recent SUV's have been BMW's. The reason I switched was because the service on my X5 was horrendous. I have taken my Q5 in for a trailer hitch installation, and a 5000 mile service. The Q5 has been quite a pleasant surprise. And the biggest surprise has been the service. Scheduling is easy, and I am promptly greeted when I arrive. It is apparent that Eric Steenson (in service) takes a sincere interest in making sure his customers have a great experience. I've owned lots of different vehicles, but this is the first one that I actually look forward to taking in for service. Without a doubt, my next vehicle purchase will be another Audi.
