    I bought a new truck from sid dillon. The purchasing of this truck was easy and quick. When having it done I added different accessories within the dealership,... months later I noticed an end cap missing from my running board. I have spoken with 4 different people and 2 different sid dillon dealerships including managers saying they were going to get this handled for me. Months later I have heard nothing. I spoke with the manager via text months after the first time we spoke about the missing cap and he lied and told me they had the part in days after I requested and he was in the room when the parts guy tried calling and I did not answer. Then the manager texts me moments later stating the part never came in and is on back order from back in July. I still have yet to hear anything and at this point I do not plan on it. It was very unwelcoming and the lack of communication from their customer service made me feel like more of a bother then anything. I would not reccomend.

    Prior to coming in I spoke with Kody about needing a new car. Within a week I was in the dealership for no longer than 30 minutes and was in a car that... I'd been asking about. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly. Mike Demps is awesome for helping me finance my car. I'm glad I didn't waste time going anywhere else and I will definitely refer as many people as possible to Sid Dillon. You guys are amazing!

    Asked about a Tahoe, was told on the phone it was in "Great shape" and had no rust. My wife and I took a couple hours off work to meet with the salesmen... at 9, when they open, and he wasn't there until 9:10-15. Since we had to wait I walked around the Tahoe. The front bumper was dented way in and was scratched all up across the entirety of the bumper. Rear bumper also was all scratched up, scratches to the paint on rear passenger door, and front driver fender dented in with rust very visible. I've bought a car from Sid Dillon in the past which turned out to be a mistake, sick of lies just to get you in the door.

    I bought a Hond accord 1999, purpule car from sid dillion, 8 days later, the transmission, broke down, sid dillion tow truck pick it up, I didn't have... to pay for a tow truck and sid dillion, haad cerficated transmission, rebuild my transmission, at no cost to me, sid dillion payed for it all

    I recently just went to Sid Dillon in Lincoln and I cannot say enough about my experience. My dad and I met with Sherry Moore and she is a GREAT saleswoman!... Super friendly and welcoming, she is a great people person! She listened to my wants and needs and was able to hook me up with a 2016 Ford Escape that met everything I wanted and more. I cannot thank her enough! Then Austin in financial is amazing to work with and super friendly. Also was great to meet Nick Hunke.

    I test drove a used Ford Focus that I liked very much and wanted to buy. After evaluating my trade the salesman made an offer that was below what I expected.... No problem. I told him what I would do in terms of the trade difference between my car and the Focus. The salesman consulted his manager, Bill Koch, who after driving my car agreed to my figure provided I would repair a minor problem that tripped a "check engine" light on my car. The next day, the salesman called me back and said that Koch was agreeable to trade for the difference I wanted and asked me if I would fix the check engine light as requested. I agreed to do this, fixed the light, and went to the dealer thinking we had an agreement. Koch drove my car once again and decided he would not trade for the originally proposed figure...He wanted $650 more. While I realize I did not have a signed agreement I at least thought that someone's word was good for something. I feel that Koch on behalf of the dealership made an agreement with me which I honored and which he didn't. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated and will NEVER do business with this dealer again. This is not the way you treat loyal customers.

    Car was originally listed at $3351. Suddenly after I inquire it goes up to $5500. Complete waste of time. No apologies for wrong listing and wasting... my time.
