My 78 year old grandmother had her car in for an inspection. The next day she noticed the engine was smoking. She opened the hood and the oil cap was off and sitting by the windshield! The oil spattered all over the engine! She called Ford and was met with opposition. βWe didnβt do thatβ and βWe wouldnβt have touched thatβ. They had the audacity to ask her when she had her oil changed. It was in April. They denied and denied doing it. Horrible business who try to take advantage of an older woman! Never purchase a vehicle here or have it services! Canβt trust them!

We ended up leasing a new car. Kim the sales women worked with us between new and used. Gary the sales manager worked out a very smooth easy going deal we couldn't pass up. Excellent dealership to work with.

I'll start off by saying I'm one that over researches everything and reads a lot of reviews before subjecting myself to any situation. With that being said I would have to say my recent purchase experience at Leighton Ford was one of the best experience I've had in a long time. Right from the initial contact, I couldn't have been more impressed with the professionalism every employee I came in contact with displayed. I would never recommend going here, one of the worst sales forces I have ever seen and Terrible management. My wife asked me to rewrite the review as to not insult anyone too much. Just don't buy here
