From the start til the end they kept me in the loop, the check in was wonderful and explained all the work being checked on as well of the things I asked to be done, what amazed me was how kind they all are- I have to say I enjoyed being my car in for service and if my car was alive it would say thank you to me for bringing it to the experts and who care. Such a clean and pleasing environment waiting for van to get repaired and everyone from the cleaning staff to the manager greeted me in waiting area and asked how my day was going! Very nice- professional and friendly staff who enjoy coming to work and from what I could see- it was a fine place to work. I guess they all want to know this answer from me- answer is YES I’d recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone who want to buy a car soon to check out this great dealership as my next car will be purchased from here.Thank You Lehighton Kia

This is a zero review! We had paid off our car early and wanted to get all the work done needed, a good tune up, check things over, recalls, fix the broken camera and install a remote starter. We knew it would be costly but wanted it all taken care of at one appointment. We called, went in & actually scheduled online. Indicating exactly what we wanted done. Drop it off on a Tuesday- prepaid rhe remote starter. They were to call upon getting the car back in as to what was needed to repair the broken camera and we’d agree to do it or not. THURSDAY afternoon I still had NOT heard a word. Took 2 hours to get through- was told people would call back. No one ever called. Finally had someone drive me over- to find they had not done most of the work and I’d have to schedule another time and no one had even looked at the camera. They also took my money upfront $583 to fix the camera but 10 days later now I have yet to hear from there on where the parts are or when they can do it?! They have my money? Upon getting there, the service desk was covered in papers- people’s car works papers, at least 20 of them scattered about. Disarray. Phones ringing off the hook. The man immediately got defensive and yelled at us “I ain’t dealing with this!” And “do you see Micheal here” as if we know who or what Micheal is or does. All we want to know is where is our car and what has to be done, when can it be done. We sympathized with him -he is clearly overwhelmed- no enough staff-WHERE IS LEADERSHIP? Who runs this Mickey Mouse popsicle stand? I blame leadership! KIA of Lehighton- are you not running a BUSINESS??! Or are you just fools? You will not have a business if this is how you do business! Use the money you rob people for “cabin air filters” to hire more people! They don’t answer their phones either! Nor call you back. I think the Better Business Bureau is in order!

WNEP has an add for 79.00 per month, no money down on a new Kia soul, I drove 45 minutes to the dealership only find that the 79.00 deal required 8000 dollars down, they said that's the only way you can get a deal like that. Proceeded to want me to buy a 2020 low mileage soul, 3500 down with a monthly payment of 525 per month. Than some jerk asked me if my budget was that tight that I couldn't afford his great deal. Never ever will I go there again , never

Overpriced

So I’m the market for a Kia telluride. This dealership has one in stock like many other dealers around however their vehicle is priced over $12k over msrp. I get the hard times but this is just price gouging and taking at vantage of people

Total Disappointment

This dealership lured me to visit their store in the context of showing me the used car lot, but when I went directly they did not even have the inventory for it. Such a bad experience.

Worst experience

We were interested in a truck. We called to make sure it was there before looking at it, since we had an hour drive. Spoke to a rep and confirmed it was there so packed up our 2 kids and head out, only to find out once we showed up the truck was never there. Got the run around saying it was sent to be inspected at a different place but we can go see it there. Then to find out it was an hour away in the opposite direction. They attempted to sell us a truck WAY WAY over our price limit after hours of sitting and wasting our Saturday. Worst experience. I would give them no stars if possible.

Picked vehicle.and made appointment.got there an hour.and they told me vehicle is sold.l asked another similar vehicles they told me don't have it.. .so they try to sell me some vehicle in mechanic bay.they promised me l was gonna get best deal.Salesman keep backing forth different deals . Everytime do this take 46 minutes l was waited.about 5 hrs later.They want me $1000 down. And the other nonsense deal.Then l resource that vehicle l originally planned to buy.vehicle was still available.event other vehicles same brand.Finally l figured out 6 hrs l been played . And walked away like a full.

Would not recommend this dealership.

Living in Lehighton we wanted to stay local and purchase a car from Lehighton Kia. Our experience here was terrible and a waste of our time. My husband and I were very clear with what we could afford... up front and honest with our situation and flexible with what we were looking for. From the beginning they told us... no problem we’ll make it work for you!!! We kept getting promised that they were going to work with us and get us into a vehicle we could afford after trading in a car. After wasting two days and countless hours waiting for actual answers on exact numbers ... they came back with outrageous monthly payment way over our budget and a big down payment. This was very upsetting because we were VERY clear... up front and told our salesperson our budget and we couldn’t go over it. They just ignored what we told them. Extremely disappointed. When the sales manger came over to us at the end he was rude & unprofessional and not willing to work with us. Very upsetting! Would not refer anyone here.
