Clean showroom looks like a nice service departmen

Mr. Storms

Always warm and friendly when I am there. They do a good job at making me comfortable while waiting for my vehicle. A huge improvement over the old service center.

Not happy

Was not happy when you give certain spec for amount to be paying monthly and being told we are approved and then jump up from price we could afford by 200 dollars and we travel from burnham bc we thought we were approved for that and are told something completely different yea pretty irritated they dont listen to what you set down and then think you will push over and pay higher no thank you

Stocker

Had a wire harness in the door replaced for the air bags. the parts were ordered in a timely manner and they worked with me to get it back in to do the work.

I was very pleased with the dealership and especially Laurie Voinchet. She made the experience very pleasant and was very helpful in choosing options for the new car. I am enjoying driving my new Sonic 2017.

Overall Great Service, Clean Facilities

I have had an overall positive experience with the Stocker Subaru sales and service department. They have been very friendly, patient and helpful. I enjoy visiting the facility whether I'm alone, with my fiance, kids or granddaughter. They have a very warm, welcoming environment and plenty available to help make the wait (if you choose to wait) while your vehicle is being serviced as comfortable as possible. Would recommend them to others for sure.

Quality Service

Advisers were friendly, informative, and catered to my needs. Service team was very quick and efficient and I was out in no time. Had oil change and tire rotation done.

Poor service, 7 hrs waiting time

went in for a oil pressure switch, they came back and said your inspection runs out at the end of Feb. ok inspect it but still hasn't dealt with the oil pressure switch. 7 hrs later its done and on the way home my engine light comes on again for the same problem. Very poor service from this provider. 7 hrs just isn't acceptable to anyone. 7 hrs.

Very nice selling experience

I just have sold my car to the Stocker Chevrolet dealership and it's a very smooth and good experience. The gentleman who helped me with the quote and transaction is very kind and friendly. He did not give me too much pressure to accept the quote and to sell my car immediately with a firm and unpleasant attitude as most used car dealers do. The atmosphere in the store is pretty friendly, and I am satisfied with my transaction with them.
