Did an amazing job at helping me find what I needed. They compared cars, explained everything from start to finish and even took time after the sale to show me how to access features and how they worked.

In the end, the experience was great. The only issue I had was minor. The young lady that was cashing me out, didn't know about the CRJR tire sale or how to apply a sale and was a bit rude in saying "I can't do this!" She got her manager who walked her through the process. Seemed more like she didn't know how to do it versus not being able to do it, but she could have been more professional in the interaction and said that she wasnt familiar with the sale and didnt know how to apply it. Aside from that, it was great, from initially inquiring about the sale to ordering the tires, to getting the installation scheduled, to how quickly they got the work done. Also, even without the sale, they were the cheapest in town and included services that others didn't.
