First off Mike Butler our salesman awesome guy and
First off Mike Butler our salesman awesome guy and salesman. I would buy a vehicle from Mike any time. Now for the bad part. I have a 2019 Jeep Compass that I bought from them. It’s still under warranty. I took it to their service department cause my driver side cv axle was going bad. Mind you I had my uncle check it out before I even took it to them and he’s the one that let me know the cv axle was bad. I took it to them a week or 2 ago and their mechanic claimed there was nothing wrong with it. Oh but he found a bolt that was loose and he tightened it. Omg what a lifesaver not. Fast forward here a week or 2 later and I took it to Valley Chrysler in Bryan, Ohio cause let me tell ya they are the lifesavers. They replaced the cv axle and let me know that it has been leaking for a long time. If I would have drove it much more I would have probably been in an accident. I wouldn’t take my vehicle back to Greve service department. They need to get mechanics who will actually do their job..

RUN in the other direction
If I could rate a ZERO, I would. I purchased a brand new Jeep in Decatur, and brought my Jeep to Greve for routine maintenance, via Jeep Wave maintenance package. Maintenance lied about rotating my tires, as required during Jeep Wave maintenance. This resulted in a need to purchase new tires - Greve maintenance manger admitted it was their fault for not properly rotating tires, but they refused to make it right. Instead they offered to split the cost of new tires with me. What a racket!!!! Hopefully Chrysler will handle this through the formal dealer complaint filed. RUN away from this dealership!!!!

had scheduled tire rotation and oil change. hour and a half later they pulled my vehicle out of service dept. 20 minutes later i had to go find service rep and asked if car was done.they could not find my bill. after they found it i was charged for 7 qts.of oil. vehicle only takes 5. then they told me it requires 6 qt. per service tech. what a joke of a service dept. Make sure you check your bill before paying.

These people lied and insulted us repeatedly. I bought a 2002 Grand Prix with only 105k miles. The car has not stop lights no blinkers rotted tires that they covered with polish and the wire harness was wrapped in bailing twine and copper. The sales woman told the car awesome she drove it and it was all good. I bought the car after dark however after a verbal promise that all was good oh I forgot she also said the exhaust was in good shape, even a video. I didn't leave the parking lot before calling and reporting the things she said was not wrong and I was told the buy these cars wholesale and resell after dressing them up. As is tough luck.. I have the texts pictures and email. Shame on you Greve and Holly.. Shame. I have reported to BBB.

Best Vehicle Shopping Experience Ever
This by far had to be the best experience I have ever had with an auto dealership and even though I currently reside an hour away from Greves, it will be the first place I seek out for vehicle needs moving forward. Hope was patient with me, timely, and gave me the space I needed to study and think without unnecessary pressure; that in tandem with her pleasant, professional demeanor is what won me over to Greves and Brian (sales mgr) was just as good to work with.
