We have owned six Range Rover’, the last four from Paul Miller. Why? I am Chairman of a worldwide Medical Corporation. One of our most important credo’s... is “ sevice” and then more “ service” The Paul Miller company believes that every day in it’s customer preformance. It does not happen by accident, it happens from the top on down. My wife and I have been working for years with Bob Decker our service liason and they do not preform better. I spent almost 8 weeks without license and registration. 4 weeks with temp license and almost 4 weeks without. During that period I made an exhausting... number of calls and emails and did not get a call back or a response. It was incredibly frustrating to hear person after person claim that they would call me back and then not call me back. When they finally did, the person said they had a lot going on. I should have walked away the first time, when the agent spoke to me in a condescending manner, as i should have known that there would be more troubles to come. I just experienced this, and I want folks to beware as the reviews on their site reflect consistent complaints about poor customer service

After hitting a dead end for mechanics who were willing to troubleshoot and work on my 1990 Range Rover County, I was hard pressed to find a dealership... that would service any pre-1996 Range Rovers. Although Paul Miller Land Rover wasn’t the closest to me, they were willing to undertake servicing and see if they could replace the Rover’s ECU unit and get it up and running. Surely enough, they determined that it was a fail fly distributor and not the ECU. The servicing was phenomenal and they worked with me understanding what needed to be done. Now my 1990 Range Rover County is up and running in all her glory again. Would highly recommend for any Land Rover servicing needs, especially for older Rover owners

Idiot light on. Diagnosed by service to be faulty turbocharger. Took a little time as service very busy. Handled professionally and a great loaner provided.
