We placed a deposit on a used Lincoln Navigator on 8/8/25

We placed a deposit on a used Lincoln Navigator on 8/8/25 and were told it would be ready for pickup by Tuesday, 8/12/25. I confirmed we’d be there Friday morning, 8/15/25 at 9:00am, and was assured the vehicle would be ready and waiting. Given their own timeline, the inspection and prep should have started no later than Monday. Instead, we received a call on Thursday, 8/14/25 informing us of an issue with the tilt steering—fine, things happen. But just hours later, we were told the tires wouldn’t arrive until Monday, 8/18/25. They had a full week to order tires and waited until Friday afternoon to let us know we couldn’t take delivery. For a high-end dealership, this level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. If you’re expecting a smooth, professional experience, look elsewhere. We were met with delays, last-minute updates, and a clear lack of urgency or customer care

I brought my car in for service and spent 879.

I brought my car in for service and spent 879.50 for my 21,000 mile maintenance. When I picked up my car the service manager said your car is ready just need to wash it… I said ok no problem, when he called back to the gentleman who was washing the vehicles, he said the vehicle is washed and done…. When I got the vehicle it was dirtier than when I brought it in. Why lie to me…. Spend 879.50 and they can’t even clean the windshield or the grease smudge left on the door. Thanks so much for short changing me. Next time I’ll have my husband bring it in…. Try doing that to him.

Terrible dealership.

Terrible dealership. Only go there if you have no other choice. Terrible service. Messages go don''t get a call back. They can't be that busy with the low demand for Land Rovers! It's a common courtesy to calll back and respond to messages.

#### Customer Feedback on Service Experience I recently took my Range Rover Sport in for some recall work, and I was warmly welcomed with smiles as soon as I arrived. Mike did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and kept me updated throughout the process via text, which I appreciated. I even received a video of the final inspection, detailing everything that was completed and highlighting other areas of concern. Additionally, the young ladies at the service reception made the pick-up and drop-off of my loaner vehicle quick and effortless. **Outstanding service!**

I met Toby in the showroom at random.

I met Toby in the showroom at random. I asked questions, which he answered and discussed a new Range Rover. Tony took the time and I found the exact car I wanted. Toby and the dealership made it possible for me to purchase the car I wanted. He followed through right up to and through the delivery. I would recommend him.

Avoid This Dealership – Dishonest and Unhelpful!

Avoid This Dealership – Dishonest and Unhelpful! We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes Benz from this dealership, expecting reliability and peace of mind. Instead, I was sold a car with a rusted muffler and a damaged axle – both serious issues that should have been addressed before putting the car on the lot, especially under a “certified” label. To make matters worse, the rear door didn’t open from the inside, which is a safety concern. It took them 9 days to fix that one issue alone, during which time they refused to provide a loaner vehicle or even offer credit for a rental. When I brought up the rust and axle problems, they refused to fix them – no accountability whatsoever. It’s clear this dealership cares more about making a sale than ensuring customer safety or satisfaction. When I brought the rust and axle issues to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or fix them, even though this was supposed to be a certified vehicle. I feel misled, disappointed, and taken advantage of. This experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone considering buying here to think twice and look elsewhere.

Anthony was great.

Anthony was great. The loaner team was very knowledgeable. They answered every question that I had. I would recommend the whole Paul miller team to anyone that was interested in a Range Rover or Land Rover.

Wonderful!

Wonderful! All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I was kept up to speed with my repair throughout the entire process. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else!
