Bad experience and bad customer service
paid $1,300 for my car to be serviced for regular maintenance and overall check of the car. They told me it would be done in 2 hours, then they called me and told me the mechanic needed to fix a few problems and that they would need to keep the car for two days. They didn’t offer a loaner and when I picked up my car, they didn’t even clean it, even though they offer complementary car wash after service. The same day I got warning lights of low coolant which should have been checked and changed at the time of the service. Now I don’t even know if they even checked everything in my car or just claimed to have done a service to take my money. My previous car which was a BMW was always serviced at the dealership and I never had any problems and the customer service was always excellent. This is my first range rover and I brought it to range rover to be serviced by experts and to be checked out after purchasing it and they truly failed to provide me with what I asked for and no one wanted to help, they just wanted the money.

Barbara (sales liaison) was absolutely fantastic! She was responsive, professional and transparent. I appreciated the walkthrough of all the details in the Carfax and how promptly we worked through the entire buying process from initially walking through the front door to leaving with our beautifully detailed vehicle!
