Repeat Customer - Accident repair of Driver's Side Mirror first reported July 23rd, 2021. Provided Quote early the following week. Provided source information and part number to Body Shop. Followed up weekly until 09/09/2021 when told part was not ordered yet. Ordered the part myself at a cost of less than $100.00 with delivery in 4 days from Amazon. Received a call from Service Department Manager, who was just passed the repair on 09/09/2021. Part was still not ordered, and supplier and part information was not furnished to him so part would have to be ordered which translated to two to three weeks before the repair could be made. Service Manager was very apologetic but i told them that I would make the repair myself.

WAS LOOKING FOR A USED 4 WHEEL DRIVE FOR MY SON, CONTACTED DEBBY KRAJCIRIK ON MY NEED AND SHE DIRECTED ME TO A VEHICLE THAT WAS IDEAL. THE PROCESS WAS EASY NO PRESSURE AND THEY DID THE BEST ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. SINCE MY PURCHASE I HAD 2 ISSUES THAT HAD TO BE ADDRESSED AND THE SERVICE DEPT DID IN A TIMELY FASHION ASN WELL. OVERALL I HAD A EXCELLENT VISITI TO KOVATCH FORD.

I can not recommend Kovatch Ford enough! You must visit this underrated dealership nestled in the PA Coal Region. The customer service is second to none. After being disappointed by other car buying experiences, Kovatch was a breath of fresh air. I have gotten my last 3 vehicles here, and will continue to come back. The follow up service is outstanding. It's sounds cliche, but it really feels like you are family when you go to Kovatch. The purchasing process was pleasant and stress-free. I just bought a used vehicle from this dealer and it was a fairly painless experience. I got a fair price on the Ford Explorer and the staff was very courteous and attentive. Debbie was very low pressure and the sales manager was straight forward about the vehicle.

I knew I wanted a slightly used Ford that could be certified. They didn't have it but found EXACTLY what I wanted, bought it at auction and brought it back to their dealership. This was a used 2016 with exactly the options I wanted. This saved me THOUSANDS! They inspected it, detailed it and sold it for far less than I could have purchased it anywhere else with a Ford warranty. This option worked great for me and I highly encourage it.

I went into Kovatch Ford with a mindset that I wasn't going to be able to get out of my current situation.
