I've bought two subarus from North Coast, both times a painless experience. My 2017 WRX and an older used Impreza. I love the cars, I get them both... serviced here and so far both are great! Its a small dealership but they really find a way to accomplish everything a big dealer can do but with a much closer relationship! A+

When my parents were looking at new cars, they had come here and spoke highly of the staff, so I decided to go here for my new Subaru. It was a great experience... from start to finish. From Liz finding cars for me and working out the rates to Dave giving me a great price to Jesse setting up the financing, I never felt pressured to buy anything. Lately the service has been very poor at North Coast Subaru. I have taken my car several times to this location and each time I have return as the job... was not done properly. I have left messages at times without response. Two years ago they installed Continental ties. We did the proper maintenance. They needs to be replaced after two years and 22k miles. The manager Bob claimed that we did not properly maintain the tires. We looked online and these tires received poor rating. I expected Subaru to sell a better rated product.
We leased a vehicle from North Coast Subaru. Their sales representative was great. Even before we went there I heard from a friend that their service department... was the best dealer service centers he's used. This was our first scheduled maintenance and the staff was professional and courteous. They were thorough with their assessment and explanation of what was going to be done for this scheduled service visit and afterwards walk me through what was done and covered. We had a tire issue and they looked into it. The came back with an assessment and explained why and the cost of a replacement tire along with mounting and balancing. The actual cost quoted to me prior to going in was less than the price of an exact same time online and including the mounting and balancing came out to the cost of just the tire online or what was quoted to me at a local tire shop.

My GPS is alwasy 50 feet behind which has caused me to make wrong turns. I've ask them to correct this every time I have an inspection. So far... it is not corrected. I ordered a new GPS chip hoping it would solve the problem, but it did not. I'm completely satisfied with the service over the last 4 years. But this is the only nagging issue.

Car needed a new battery. It was correctly diagnosed and tested according to my experiences with the bad battery. This repair gets high marks.

I described the color and features I was looking for in a used car and within a week North Coast had the car I wanted! The Forester is simple and uncomplicated... to drive, but very responsive. Visibility, traction and gas mileage are my favorite features. The customer care and courtesy is exceptional.
