We enjoyed the friendliness of those involved.

From our first call inquiring about a new truck, we were kept informed on every action by Brooke. Her interest was in getting us what we wanted. From a deposit on the truck from another party that didn't work out, she was right on top of things and after her call saying it was available, she did everything very expeditiously to make sure that we were taken care of. We looked at the truck, put a deposit on it and everything was go from there. It was a very pleasant experience and we feel that we made a friend with Brooke in this transaction. Passing the buck at Murdock Chevrolet

Purchased a 2022 corvette from this company ever told about complementary oil change this is $100,000 car and as a retired aircraft engineer I know what it takes to break new engines in I requested at 500 miles to change the oil from Murdock. They came back and said oh you don’t need it called Larry H Miller locally and they stated they all should be changed to 500 miles along with the possibility of transmission service at 1000 or 1500 to baby your car to break it in. I would not recommend Murdock Chevrolet to purchase anything.

Mr. Talbot, thank you for choosing Murdock Chevrolet. We appreciate your business and can certainly understand wanting to keep your Corvette in good working order. As you were advised when you came in, your Corvette does not need an oil change at 500 miles. Our recommendation is in line with the manufacturer and you can reference the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual. If you need a copy of it, please email and a link to the online version will be sent to you. Chevrolet will not recommend services in longer intervals than are needed and beneficial to your car. New cars, including performance cars, do have a break-in period but do not need a 500-mile oil change. The dealer who accepts your money for such a service is the one you need be suspicious of.

More concerned about making a sale than making the

More concerned about making a sale than making the customer happy, definitely need some training in tactful communication.


No regard for the safety of the customer

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Left with 3 wheels attached and 1 missing every single lug nut. If I would’ve gotten on the busy freeway before noticing there’s a chance I couldn’t be typing this right now. This is extreme negligence, and it’s unacceptable for a dealership to make these errors. Their solution was to go home and come back on Monday once the service manager was in. After their mistake they recommend I drive home on studs that had just been shredded down? And continue driving on them for the rest of the weekend? I’m appalled at this service and would highly recommend you never bring your vehicle in for service here.

I brought my Chevy Cruise for service.

I brought my Chevy Cruise for service. I spoke with one gentleman at the service desk and he stopped me, saying, "I'm not the right guy to talk to. Talk to those people at that desk" (pointing to the desks with other service reps). I walked down there and waited patiently for someone to acknowledge me... nothing. One man right in front of my face typed and handling business without even a word. I was surprised. Greeting someone or letting them know that you will be with them in a moment is basic fundamental customer service. Sadly, this is not the first time exhibiting a lack of customer service. My wife went there a few months back and commented on the rudeness, stating that it made her feel uncomfortable. My recommendation is for improved customer satisfaction. I backed my car out and went to Toyota. They greeted me and took care of me without feeling invisible.
