Engine blew with in 5k miles

What a sad excuse for a dealership. Sold me a car and the engine blew in 5000 miles. 4800 dollar repair and these people refused to give me 1000 dollars back to help with the cost

Don't try to trade your car to them

Negotiations went well on a used truck I was thinking about purchasing, I was dealing with Ryan Fraher and negotiated the price on the truck up front. Then I told Ryan that I had a trade. After giving all the specifics needed he came back with an offer that was $6,000 below fair market trade-in value from KBB. What a waste of time. Ryan's excuse was that he negotiated the price of his truck without knowing about my trade. So basically since he gave me a good deal on his truck he was going to make that up on my trade. Whether or not I had a trade shouldn't have mattered. Buyer beware, if you negotiate a good deal on the car you want with this dealership, make sure you are not trading anything in, as they will want to give you wholesale prices for it.

Thanks Fraher Ford!

I love these people! We asked if they had a used car for my 16 year old son who's birthday was December 27th, They had the perfect car for him at the perfect price, AND they came in on their day off on a holiday weekend to make certain that we had a great birthday gift for him! I bought a new 2013 Escape from them in July of 2013, I have been completely happy with all of their services. I take all 4 Fords there to get them serviced regularly. I love these people! Quality Service

I am a single female and need a dealership that I can trust and depend on to help me. Fraher Ford and their staff is friendly, honest and reliable. I went in to get my oil changed on a Saturday morning and they had me in and out of there in a remarkably fast time. I also had issues with my vehicle this past winter and they went above and beyond to help resolve these technical issues. I would highly recommend Fraher Ford to anyone.

With my multiple experiences I have had between multiple run down vehicles, Fraher's have never turned down a challenge and have fulfilled every request I have ever had. They have picked up and delivered my vehicles from school, my home, and my work place and have had it back to me by the time I have need it back. I truly appreciate how the entire staff knows me by name when I come to the dealership. They are definitely one of a kind and no one else in the auto sales and service industry could ever compare. Great Service!

I came in to get my 2014 ford focus serviced and the staff was very helpful! I was concerned about the manual transmission fluid level and the condition of the fluid. I wanted to check the fluid for any "glitter" that would indicate excessive wear and tear. The service technician brought me right in and let me look at the fluid myself. Very satisfied with the service!

Awesome Service!

My experience at Fraher Ford was excellent all the way around. They go above and beyond for customer service to make sure the customer is happy. The work they do is always top notch and in a timely fashion. I have never had a complaint about Frahers and have always had great experiences with the business.
