We purchased a car a year and a half ago from Husker and had a very positive buying experience. We recently returned to Husker to purchase another vehicle and were equally pleased. The professional, friendly staff made it clear that they wanted to have a satisfied customer, more than just make a sale.

I scheduled my car for service of a recall. I was able to drop off my car early and because of that it was finished in the same day. Very easy.

Worst Experience one could ever want
This place took my pre-approved loan check I gave them and made it my total purchase price of my vehicle! The actual purchase agreement price which was 2,000 less. xxx! Why have a service agreement if they're not going to honor it?! They pulled a fast one and sent me a refund for the remaining amount. They "suggested" for me to refinance the vehicle so I can get the payments back down to what I was supposed to be paying to begin with. What a nightmare. Too much pain to take them to court so, I'm here to warn you STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, buy somewhere else if you have to. Not to mention, the seats in my 2019 Chevy Traverse had something poking me in lumbar area. I wouldn't be surprised if they are selling altered vehicles here seeing they are also in the business of altering checks & contracts. Total bad experience all together. If I could give them a 0, I would.

My overall experience at Husker Cadillac was fantastic. This is the 2nd Cadillac that I bought from Husker. I live in St. Joseph, Missouri, 150 miles from Lincoln, NE. After my first car buying experience was so great I tried it again and it was as good or even better than the first. I found Husker Cadillac on my computer. I had looked at many other Cadillac Dealerships. I found a car that I liked and I inquired about it by e-mail. Shortly after I got an e-mail back from them. We e-mailed back and forth and came up with a satisfactory deal that we both could live with. We drove to Lincoln, NE. and when we got their everything was exactly as we had agreed by phone. The car was ready and each person we dealt with was outstanding. The car salesman, the business manager, the general manager, service department manager and so on. The dealership was immaculate. Every one was courteous, friendly and went out of their way to help us. I have bought two Cadillac's from Husker and I am 78 years old and have bought many new cars and I would say the two experiences that I had with Husker was absolutely the best that I have ever had in buying a car. Great dealership and a wonderful experience. My highest recommendations. Thanks.

Run dont walk to Husker Auto Group!!!!
GO to Husker Auto Group!! Run dont walk!! Seriously one of the best car buying experiences Ive had! The online sales team and the sales team, the finance gurus ALL of them. Completely WOWED us! Well definitely be back!! I walked in with a very specific want/need list and it HAD to be a GMC Terrain AWD. I Liked the one I test drove but wasnt a fan of the drive control buttons, there was no gear shifter. Anyway, we could get the price point where I wanted it, so they very nicely asked if Id be open to test driving A Chevy Equinox, basically the same car just a different brand, and less expensive. I was ok with just a test drive. It was the same year, awd and had EVERYTHING on my want/need list and NO DRIVE CONTROL BUTTONS! It has the gear shifter. Needless to say this GMC TERAIN girl fell in love with the CHEVY EQUINOX and I couldnt be happier. I love driving it!!
