I had an absolutely horrible experience with this car
I had an absolutely horrible experience with this car dealer from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not their priority. The staff was unhelpful, and it seemed like they were only interested in making a sale, regardless of what was best for me. My requests and concerns were consistently ignored, and they refused to address the issues I had with the car. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability have left me extremely disappointed. I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership at all costs.

Sales person told me I could not ask for information on
Sales person told me I could not ask for information on this vehicle. Refused to get me the service records of what they did to the truck before I bought it. The sales person was caught in several LIES. Shop ANYWHERE but here! The AC compressor went out on the way home. the dealership wont talk to me about it.

I set appointment for my car again at 5/17 /2024 I drove
I set appointment for my car again at 5/17 /2024 I drove it there for transmission conductor plates usual repair for Mercedes. Took 7 days to get the part then they told me the valve body not recognize the conductors!!!! Its your part not my fault… then adter 4 days te told me they need to change Control module !!! … so now i have to pay for more part … i ask them i want the old part they tod yah we dont need them so the price went from $1901 to $2250 … ok i agreed so i can pick the car on the next day … then the came up more problems… so i pick the car on the 5/31 ???? 2 weeks fot just common transmission service… then i end up paying $2600 and kept the( core) … … they did 27 points check. But i drove it hone and smoke under te hood when i opne the hood there’s oil all over my engine on the right side of the engine on the exhaust… i went back .and they told me they didnt work under the hood all what they do underneath .. how the did 23 points check without see. The engine … no loaner vehicle car was on the rain so I thought they washed it, but they didn’t wash it …. Its …price not the problem its the time .. they dont keep the promises
