Went there for the first time and promised myself never to come back again. Unfriendly people. Tried to negotiate a used can and they told us they don't negotiate and ask us to leave. Didn't even tried to ask us for a different amount or counter offer. Very unfriendly faces.

Mr. Wade/Johnson

First off, we drove down to Husker Auto Group from Omaha, for a vehicle who one hr before, said they had the vehicle we wanted-When we got there, was told it had sold 2 days ago:( So, we looked a 2006 MiniCooperS Conv.- It had a broken right front wheel, and missing wind screen, etc. A few other things. So they got a wrong wheel in, had to take it back a week later to get the wheel put on. Besides supposedly doing a 26 point inspection on the car, we specifically asked that the vehicle be aligned, all tires balanced, and brakes, suspension be checked. They assured us it would be done. We were there for about 45 mins Keep in mind an alignment takes over 2 hrs.)waiting for the wheel to be put on and test drove, and alignment, etc. The BMW sales manager assured me it had all been taken care of and they would get us windscreen also. We hardly drive the car that much- since june we have put 1900 miles on it. (that's 6 mos.-that's only 320 miles per month driven. Last week we had new tires put on and they told us the alignment was off. They cdn't do it, so took to Mini in Omaha dealer. They aligned it, (which was suppose to have been done in Lincoln and this process takes 2.5-3hrs to do. At a cost of 205,00. They also told us the right front strut was bent!, (remember the broken wheel?_) someone hit a curb hard enough to break the wheel and now we find, bent the strut. The dealership claimed no knowledge how the rim got bent or the windscreen disappeared, etc. So I called the manager about the so called alignment and he refused. Said it had been 5 months. Yes it had, but we had taken them at their word they did the alignment and 26 point check. If they had, they would have seen the bent strut either way or both. We feel they were less than honest with us regarding the condition of the vehicle and also as to what repairs they did.So, I am going to call the general manager in the morning, and if I don't get a satisfactory solution to the problem(s), we will be taking the legal route. No way I would recommend this dealer to anyone. There were other problems in not doing things way they claimed and/or were very very slow in getting things done. Terrible way to do business. Whoever owns Husker Auto group needs to look very closely on how things are done there. They are losing business and/or repeat business do to it.

Worst shopping experience ever! These guys are crooks. They tried to sell me $5,000 in extended warranties on a 2012 vehicle and said additional warranties were required in order to secure financing. What a bunch of bull. When I discovered their deception, they refused to correct and/or adjust the loan. Subsequently I contacted the authorities and they went behind the scene and cancelled the loan without informing me. Unprofessional conduct of Robert Knowles the General Manager. So if the head is corrupt; the body follows! BUYER BEWARE! READ THE REVIEWS!!

These guys should be investigated for felony fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud in my opinion. They lure people in from out of town with competitive deals in writing any time they are approached with a competitor's price they claim to beat it. Once they get you into town, that's another matter entirely. They refuse to finish the execution of a deal they've send IN WRITING and you've accepted even after all of the loan paperwork and other things have been put into motion. They work you with the old 1-2 punch and there you are........ having traveled many miles and NO car. Wear a wire and record every word from these lousy sacks. Unethical implies there is an understanding of what ethics are - this is highly doubtful.

The worst BMW dealer I ever dealt with.

I recently purchased 2010 BMW 335i coupe from BMW of Lincoln which I found on cars.com. The buying process was weird, the salesman would only communicate with me via text messages or emails. I tried to call him but he only responded once in ten times I called. When I received the car it didn't have temporary license plate, it took the dealer about 3 days to just get the temp plate to me. The following day after I received the car I noticed that the front wheels look uneven, so I decided to take it to a local BMW dealer. It tuned out that the left front strut was bent and the dealer refused to replace it under warranty because bent strut is considered wear and tear. The local BMW dealer quoted me 1400$. I contacted BMW of Lincoln and was told by one of their sales mangers that they will take care of it. I waited 2 days and called them back. The sales manager told me that he is still working on it. This was the last time I was able to reach that sales manager. I tried to speak with other managers, no luck. Finally I decided to speak with General Manager, who basically told me that I need to bring the car back to their dealership, which is 600 miles away. I ended up taking the car to a local auto repair shop and they charged me 570$, including BMW OEM strut and alignment. This was the worst car purchasing experience in my life. I don't recommend purchasing from BMW of Lincoln.

These guys are crooks, they spend up to 3k polishing their turds. Payed 16k for my car, 6 months later the paint is coming off, stains apearing in the seats. Parts on the car warping because they are cheap ebay replacements, my warenty disapeared, they are just plain crooked and do not care about their customers. Had breif contact with the used ar sales manager jeff tubbs. But he stopped responding. Do not buy from them, you will not be happy! They agreed to replace the dash and rims upon purchase then backed out, oil was black when i changed it

Best car buying experience EVER!!!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Bought a brand new BMW with zero pressure. They didn't even try to sell me the extended warranty! Everyone I dealt with was great, but Bill Chapman was the best. He made sure I knew the features of my new car, took me on a spirited test drive to highlight the different transmission settings, and answered every question I had, even after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them and will send them as much business as I can.

I found a 2002 BMW 330ci on the internet that had just been taken in by your dealership a few weeks ago. I contacted a sales person named Tanner Finkhouse and discussed this car with him. It had just been brought in and pictures or cleaning hadn’t even been done on it. The car only had 35000 miles on it and Tanner told me he would find out more about it and call me back as I live South of Denver in Colorado. The car was in the service department being looked over and having an alternator replaced on it. I had conversations with Tanner about the condition and general state of the car and he told me he could only find 5 dents in the roof and trunk areas and the car had been checked out by BMW and it is as close to new as can be with only 35000 miles on it. You were asking $13800 and I told him I would purchase it at that as a total out the door price. Good for you guys. I noticed some dash lights on and asked him to make sure that no service lights or any dash warning lights were on. He said the rear brakes needed to be replaced and that the car may have had some hail on it. I asked him to fix the problems and make sure it had a service done as I had a 500 mile plus drive home and he said he would. I flew into town and he was kind enough to pick me up at the airport and drive me to your dealership. He told me there was good news and bad news. Good news you put new tires on the car as the old ones were causing it to drive funny. Bad news you didn’t get the dents out of the trunk lid. I said that was fine and we proceeded to your dealership. At the dealership I was able to see the car. Not bad but not exactly as described, the carpet had stains in it, the car had been washed but not waxed for some time, the seatbelt light wouldn’t go out, the console lid was broken but all stuff that I was willing to take care of. On the drive home I noticed the brakes acted funny when you stopped. After arriving home the service engine light was on along with the seat belt light. Here is what I I found out…. The front control arms, bushings and ball joints were all shot. The cam position sensor was bad. The thermostat was bad and would never close and would throw the code for slow warm up The driver’s seat belt was bad causing the light to stay on The trunk lights didn’t work because the wiring harness was broken The new brakes you installed squeak non stop And what frustrated me the most was there was no oil change done. When I went to do an oil change, as I have lost faith in your word, it was found that the oil was black, and the filter was crushed, damaged and stuck to the housing. It had to be cut to remove it. The oil had not been changed in some time. Control arms, bushings, ball joints and alignment $950 Can position sensor $220 Thermostat $225 Seat belt $210 Wiring harness repair $80 Oil change $75 I sent Tanner and email about all of this and never heard back from him. I asked why should I have taken a BMW being sold at a BMW dealership to another BMW shop to have it inspected? I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of inspection on a car that is a BMW being sold by a BMW dealership. When the tires were replaced as they tighten the lugs you can see the tires move because of the bad bushings. It is a sad state when you cannot trust the dealer. To date they know if my issues as this is the e-mial, minus a few lines, that I sent them and 2 weeks later till no reply.

not so happy

Couldn't make it to the store to look at vehicle by closing time so sales rep said manager would meet me to look at truck and he would look at my trade. waited 1 hour. no show, no call. Finally did connect, then made me an offer and then lowered it by $2,000 in 2 minutes on the phone. The kind of games that give used car dealerships a bad name. why can't they start off with a fair price to begin with. I did when I was selling farm equipment.
