My car recently needed some work done on it, and luckily...

My car recently needed some work done on it, and luckily I had purchased an extended warranty, as the manufacturer warranty was expired. Gary and Chris were so great to work with; they helped me deal with the extended warranty company, who was difficult to work with to say the least. Gary and Chris would call me on a regular basis to let me know how things were progressing, if I needed to turn in other service records, and were honest about what could happen if the company denied the claim. I never had to call them to ask what was going on, they called me nearly every day while the warranty company was making their decisions. They have been wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend them if you ever need work on your vehicle.

Wonderful Service, Fabulous CX5!

Back in Nov 2011 I was considering buying a CX7 from Bountiful Mazda, but Scott M. told me about the CX5... and instead of trying to just sell me a car, he wanted me to buy a car that I would absolutely love! So I waited. Karl N. helped in the search for my car around the country, had great advice, and was attentive. Debbie O. was kind and friendly in the signing of documents. And last but not least Patrick W. walked me step by step through all the details of my car, he was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and still my go to guy for any questions I may have. Truly great dealership, where they help you every step of the way to find the car of your dreams. Thank you Mazda Bountiful Staff, and your excellent service!!!

Patrick was wonderful. I would not have bought the car if it wasn't for him. Carl was also very helpful. Will come back to but my next car!

Great experience

B Mazda has been great to us every time we come in. Patrick is very knowledgable and great to work with. We're now on our third car with them. I WILL be back!

Tom Strauss, President, Big T Sales

My daughter did her research on new cars and decided she wanted a new Mazda CX 5. She lives in Clearfield, Utah. I live in Pennsylvania and am very close friends with the owner of the Mazda dealership here and planned on purchasing it here, but Samantha visited Bountiful Mazda and called me to say she met a salesman, Patrick Warburton. Samantha liked his product knowledge and manners and said I should call him. So I called and found Patrick to be very good at what he does. I just sold a kayak company where we were in 23 countries and 1100 locations worldwide and have worked with salesman on both sides of the deal so I have a pretty good understanding of expectations regarding salesman, and from the first call I liked Patrick. He was very professional from Day 1 and always got back to me in a timely matter when I called, and most importantly, was able to answer my questions with a straight forward and knowledgeable manner. Great experience

It was our first time being exposed to Bountiful Mazda. Mike Kentrolis really went the extra mile. He brought the car out to us in south Jordan to test drive it. He didn't pressure us at all. He went to work on the price we needed and came through big time for us.

Great experience!

Just bought a new CX-5. These are hard to get but Patrick and Dallas went out of their way to get us the exact one we wanted and a month ahead of schedule! And a shout out to Debbie, who knew getting a loan could be so much fun!
